My dad has bought from Bells Garage previously, so I was already aware of the dealership. It was all quick and easy, and I didn't have any issues, so I'd rate my experience 5/5.

The car was actually a surprise for my daughter, she is currently doing lessons so wanted to get her something to practice in alongside that and for when she passes. She is over the moon, she loves it so much and we have done a few practice drives already. Chris at Bells was super helpful, he got everything sorted for me quickly and even gave me a 6 month courtesy that if anything was wrong to go back and he will sort it. This really has given me peace of mind knowing that I can go back if needed. There has been no issues far, touch wood. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

The car is for my son, he has not reported any issues to me so i must be okay. We both went down to Bells garage and arranged for a test drive, which all went smoothly, and we were happy with the service.

The Vauxhall Corsa I bought from Bells Garage has been running well, and the customer service is very good.

The reason I went to Bells Garage is that everyday I drive past, there is always someone washing a car outside, this showed me that they have great pride in their work and cars. When I waws there I dealt with Chris and he was extremely helpful, in this day in age there are not many people like him. He seemed very honest and he instantly put me at ease. I was buying the car for my Grandson, so I wanted it to be perfect and safe for him. There was an issue with the clutch that we mentioned when we viewed the car, this was not a problem Chris reassured us and sorted this out promptly. I must also mention the mechanic they have there (Dan or Dean - sorry I am not sure on his name) was great, really looked after us well. Since having the car, my grandson and his dad drove from Birmingham to Cornwall and the car did not miss a beat, ran like a train which I am so pleased about. I have already recommended Bells as from start to finish it was absolutely brilliant!

All our dealings with Bells before and after buying have been a pleasure. Chris and the team seem quite genuine in their desire to get you on the road in a reliable car. Don't expect a polished showroom its not that type of operation. The financial dealings and transfer of ownership were swift and straightforward. Bells price their vehicles a little higher than the average accordioning to auto trader, but the car we bought and I think this is the general thing with bells is unusually sound for its age. Also there price includes some allowance for repairs and service issues. Chris and the team are proud of bells of workshop skills, this was born out of all our dealings. the list of repairs agreed at the time of buying were all completed well. A couple of relatively minor issues surfaced after a few days on the road, but they were rectified quickly with no quibbles and bells kept us on the road with a curtsey car.

Happy with my Zafira, Chris at the dealership was helpful and overall for my experience I would rate a 5
