Brilliant help on buying new car in December from Kelvin & the team at Birchwood - went to see the car, was given the keys to take a good look around & gave it a test drive on their track. Purchased and delivered to my house two days later when it was convenient for me! Had a slight issue with the windscreen which had a chip on arrival, but the team got this fixed for me so quickly (within the first week!). The engine light showed up as well, and they fit me in to take the car and removed the light - the car has been smooth sailing since! Since then, I have had the car serviced externally by Citroen and it is in great nick (except for two tyres that I will need to replace within the year to come) Very lovely people, and very helpful before & after purchase - and I am very happy to be back on the road again! 🚗

My previous car kept breaking down, so I traded it in at Birchwood Motor Centre for an MG GS, which I'm happy with. I was recommended to the dealership by my neighbour. The salesman was friendly and helpful.

After looking online for a BMW 4 Series, I specifically wanted a white 4 Series, which I found advertised at Birchwood. We had some small issues with it not passing its MOT, but we contacted Jamie, and he helped us resolve the issues, so he was helpful after the purchase as well as on the day. Happy with the purchase now, I definitely found the 4 Series I was looking for.

My first car was a Polo 1 litre, so I was looking for a 1.2 to have an increase in speed, which I have 100% noticed since buying the Vauxhall Corsa. I was just looking for a compact car that was cheaper on insurance and the Vauxhall was cheaper than some of the German cars I was looking at. Whilst buying the Corsa, it was all seamless really, I was in and out, which is just what I was looking for.

Originally I was recommended to Birchwood by a friend of mine. I had a look at the Google reviews and was happy with what I read. When I went to the dealership, Jamie guided me through the entire process, making it easy for me. He was truly amazing before and after the purchase.

Royden at the dealership showed a really good level of customer service. We got to go out on a test drive on our own and were given the freedom and space to test the car, which I thought stood out. I was specifically looking for the Ford Fiesta, and since buying it, I have been getting on really well with it. Would buy from them again in the future.

Having recently bought a BMW X5, as I needed a bigger engine, my experience at Birchwood was good. Jamie was the salesman who helped me throughout the process, I'd give it full marks.
