Kelvin dealt with our part exchange. He was really professional. Overall a great experience.

Luke was a top Lad, pleasure to deal with, put no pressure on the sale or rush me into things, there was a few issues and delays but they have been good at sorting everything.

Great communication from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered, and whether I was calling or sending a message, someone got back to me instantly. The car itself has been great. It was cleaned perfectly before I left with it, and they even changed one of the tyres for me as it was looking bald, which I really appreciated. There was no messing around or pressure during the sale. I’ve already recommended Birchwood to one of my friends as I had such a great experience.

I did have to wait a week longer than expected to pick up the Transit, but this was because they were sorting out the things I had asked them to. When I did pick it up, they had stuck to their word and done everything that was asked. Spot-on service from them. I’m pleased with the Transit, so I can’t complain.

Brilliant service! Jamie couldn't have done more for me. I was really looked after from start to finish. When I was being handed over the keys, Jamie realised there was only one and, straight away, without me asking, ordered two new ones and had them sent out to me. I’ve had no issues at all with the car, it’s been an excellent experience all round.

Jamie has been really helpful throughout. I do have a few issues that I am just keeping my eye on for now, but in regards to the service and buying process, everything was fine. I would give a 5 out of 5 for this.
