Everything at Drive Green went really smoothly and I had no problems whatsoever! It's just a shame someone drove into my car on my works carpark...so I've only just got it back 🙈 Luckily it's looking as good as new again thankfully!

Although we’ve had two or three electric vehicles in the past, this was our first time dealing with Drive Green and we found the staff to be particularly helpful. I will say they seemed rushed off their feet and the dealership was a bit chaotic on the day, but I suppose it’s a good sign they’re very popular.

Thanks for your feedback Mark, and yes you are right - at times we are incredibly busy, and although we do our best to manage visitor number with appoints only, quite often we still get additiona visitors which can ,make things seem busier than we intend. Indeed it is a good sign though for the ev market, as we could not be any busier than we are all the time. I hope we still manage to do a good job for you and you are enjoying your new EV.

Great car and v friendly team. Lost a point because calls and emails weren't always returned/ hard to get through when we had a problem, the team are really busy. I'd say the team are v knowledgeable and flexible. The delivery driver is also a great ambassador for the company, prompt, friendly, great knowledge of the vehicles, and reassuring.

My rating would be 5. Very easy and pleasant buying experience, great dealership staff (Dan) and the car itself is lovely. Can't fault it really. it was also great to be able to complete everything the day digitally and drive the car away. Never done that before!
