It was a faultness experience, the deal was done on the same day as I was part exchanging my car in. I felt I got a fair deal on my car. The whole process was relaxed and straightforward there was no messing about, I was able to take the car on a test drive, I wasn't rushed, it was all prepped and cleaned for me and since having it I have had no issues. Great vehicle from a great dealership!

In fairness I can’t fault Essex prestige, the Range Rover Sport we purchased is going really well. They had great reviews on the website and with the high-end cars they offer I thought yeah, I'm going to deal with these guys!

We are well chuffed with Essex Prestige. The Land Rover Defender we purchased has been good as gold, it was exactly how it was described before we purchased it. Really happy with Essex Prestige!

I found my experience with Essex Prestige to be running smoothly so far. Naz who dealt with me was very good. They always got a couple of nice cars in and the garage looked good. They were perfect!

So far, so good. The only issue I have with the van is that it doesn’t have air con, I wanted to get it done and dusted on the day and it was me that missed it. Overall, they did everything they could on the day, I can’t really complain.

Everything is good with the Mercedes, my old car was getting a little small and after seeing it online I liked it, it was all good with Essex Prestige, they would get five.

To be honest I'm getting on fine with the car, there's a couple of things that I haven’t got round to do yet, there was a small issue with the body shell on one side and something with the boot, that'll I'll call them about but other than it’s all been alright. The main issue was getting it switched over into my name, this was frustrating but its all sorted now. However, I've always liked Tesla's and just thought it was time, I found Essex Prestige online and this one stood out because it’s got the kit on it, it makes a whole lot of difference and looks a lot better.

The first payment has gone out now and so far, so good, it does need wash, but every car does at this time haha, I'm so thankful as my last car died on me haha, the EGR valve went on my Passat, but it did over 230,000 miles and lasted me over 7 years so it’s done me good. My brother is a big BMW fan, I've had a few before and my dream car is a 3 series but ended up getting a 5 but I'm just very grateful more than anything, everything was good, the day we went it was busy, but the car was still there and decided that this 5 series is the one for me. I just want to say a massive thank you to Essex Prestige.
