The staff were absolutely brilliant, they were really informative from start to finish. I found them to be helpful and professional. I have had an issue come up with the wing mirror motor clicking and not moving properly, I called up and he gave me advice on what to do and if that didn't work to ring back up and they will help. Really good communication and answered the phone quickly. I would definitely give a 5 star rating as it has been nothing but a good experience. WOuld recommend them to my friends and family.

The staff were so nice and lovely, super friendly. I took the car for a test drive, it did take a minute to get used to it and I think it was a bit jolty at first as the car had been freshly serviced, however once we got going it was a lovely drive and I knew I wanted the car. The staff answered all my questions in detail and all in all it was a nice experience.

I would rate a solid 4 out of 5 stars, this is due to 2 issues I have had, the first one was while me and my uncle were on the test drive with the member of staff, he was directing us as we weren't familiar in the area we ended up going in a bus lane and getting a ticket. Another thing was that the advert for the car said acoustic parking sensors but the car doesn't seem have them. It is a bit of a let down, however everything else was really good. The initial buying of the car was perfect, no issues, good communication, staff were welcoming. And I do really love the car, it is so lovely to drive and mechanically not one issue.

The team at JP Motor Trade were great! Really helpful and friendly and didn't put any pressure on the sale at all! I purchased a Dacia Sandero and took it for a drive the next day to London and back, everything has been great, it runs perfect no issues at all. 5 out 5 from me.

My wife and I have been really enjoying the Audi Q3. We were both more than happy with the salesman when we went to view the car, and even though we live over 100 miles away from the dealership, if we were to buy another car we would consider using JP Motor Trade again.

My new Ford Focus has been doing great. I found the car online while looking for the one I liked, and JP Motor Trade had the car I wanted. Everything went well when I was at their dealership.

The customer service was good, and the delivery of the car was good, so I would give them five stars. However, I cannot comment on the after-sales service, as I have not needed to speak to the dealership since the purchase.
