Junction 17 made it as smooth as they could have for me, the guy down at the garage was excellent. to be honest it was the Audi itself that bought me to Junction 17 because of the price as well. I went to go see it and it was very smooth and straight to the old gun no problems they made it as smooth as they could. five stars couldn’t have went better.

The deal went smoothly however the MOT had not been done and this is against trading standards and should not be allowed to take place. Could have had the car taken from me on the drive home due to it having no MOT from the garage.

There is always room for improvement but overall, I have had no issues all positive I have nothing bad to report. The customer service was really good I was dealt with quite quickly I knew that I wanted a BMW and they catered to me so no complaints.

The service at Junction 17 was really good in the end aha, I took it back to get an oil change, and the plug was not put in right, and it was leaking but I sent it back and they sorted it out really fast and in the end it was lovely. The Porsche is currently in Bulgaria at the moment but it’s a lovely car.

It was a straight forward process with junction 17. They took the Seat in as a part ex and highlighted any issues with the car. It was going to take 3 days to get the part so agreed to knock money off for that. I test drove it in the morning, went through the paperwork and got on the road pretty much straight away. Luke was spot on, helped me out with the v5 and just made it a quick experience.

My experience overall was okay. The main thing that I would have hoped to be different is for the car to be more presentable, but other than that, it all was good, and I am happy with the car.

It was an easy process. Junction 17 was the closest to me with the car we wanted. They left me alone to look around it and take it out, it was spot on. It might have been a 5 star if they made me a Cuppa, there was a kettle in there!

Been using the car everyday since I have purchased, really pleased with it, all running fine. The customer service at the dealership was okay apart from I was waiting for someone to get back too me a few times. I did feel I had to chase up myself which was a little frustrating, however everything was okay, and anything that needed sorted was done.

Nice poeple but.......
Collected car 9 miles left of fuel.
Last service by the garage still haven't recived after asking 3 times.
Raining on the day of collection when I got home noticed 2 new budget tyres on back of different makes which they said they had put 2 new tyres on the back but for a high performance car this is crazy as slips in the wet as I found out.
Mot wasnt completed on request. I now have to find time to take before Christmas, which they will pay for, but as working 5.5 days a week, I find it hard to find time.
Apart from that ok.
