Since purchase, everything seemed to be running fine. They did mention when I bought it there was a thermostat issue which, overall, the last 2 weeks has started causing an issue, but they were open and honest about it on the day and responded quickly and took me for a test drive, so due to the issue it would be a 4, it would of been a 5 otherwise.

My new Fiat 500 is a lovely little car. She's fun to drive and economic, and I can even get the grandkids in it. I've had to get one of the tyres fixed and am investigating a bit of damp in the boot. I previously had an Alfa Romeo which was costing me too much, so I needed a new one. The guys at the dealership were great fun to get along with, they had a laugh as well. They had some really high end cars that were all looked after with low mileage.

When we were at the dealership buying the Renault Clio, they were really good and professional, I couldn't fault the customer service. Since buying the car, the spare key has stopped working, and there is an issue with the radio playing if I don't disconnect my Bluetooth before getting out of the car, but other than that, it is driving well. I'd give my overall experience a 4 out of 5.

My mate bought a car from there in the past, so he recommended it to me, and it was boss, to be honest. They offered to show us round or let us just walk around on our own. I went for a test drive the day before I bought the car and then came back and did all the paperwork, which was straightforward.

After looking on AutoTrader it was between a Ford Fiesta and a Ford Focus. I went with the Ford Focus in the end and am glad I did, they are good cars. It has been perfect. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was good. I would buy from there again. 5 stars
