I’m really happy with the Mini I got. Been after one for a while as I have a dog so its really the dogs car. The staff looked after me, they were very helpful. Wayne was great, he picked me up from the train station on collection day and the car was all nice and cleaned and everything. There's a few bits and pieces wrong with it, the salesman explained it all but I don’t mind that. It was cheap and its not done a fantastic amount of miles. I’ve no complaints whatsoever.

The sale was fairly straight forward. There were issues when we could collect, likely due to bank holiday but the salesperson had committed to my daughter to be ready for the Tuesday, I believe, and then they couldn't get the MOT done and various other bits. They should have made it really clear with us as to when the car would be ready. Also, I couldn’t pay with card , just BACS transfer which I felt strange doing, so gave four stars for these two points. The sales staff generally were fine, no attempt to push anything on us, they left us to browse and answered questions when needed. Simply a good functional transaction.

I saw the car online and went down to have a look what they got. It could have done with a replacement rear wiper and after buying the car it needed an injector but they got it sorted. I would recommend them as Chris got everything sorted quite quick.

My mechanic told me to look for a Ford and I saw the Fiesta on Google. My experience was good at North West Trust Centre. Communication was good. Wayne is really good. he was smiley and I had some ups and downs with the finance company but he kept in touch with me and updated every step of the way. I have already recommend them to a friend.

I was just looking for something and the Mini caught my eye so I went to have a look at it. Austin was good, he was approachable, thorough with what he did and explained everything. I understand its part of how they work but I forgot to sign some paperwork so went back and there was a spare and repair clause in the paperwork which was explained to me as I didn’t get a warranty with the car but everything else was fine. I would recommend. They have a good selection of cars

I was looking for automatic and saw the car online. Staff were excellent, helpful. They went through the benefits of getting the car on finance. Couple of things I picked up on the test drive got sorted for me. The process was quicker than I thought, sorted in minutes. Car had to be valeted so went back week later and it was a great feeling on collection. Unstressful process.

I saw the advert on social media so had a look at the car. The staff were helpful. Adam was fine, he helped and did a great service. I had the car delivered, it was clean and tidy. It's all good.

Car has been alright. When I first got it, the warning light came on but I’ve sorted that myself. I went on the dealer's website as i've been before. but the staff are lovely. Adam was great and reassuring. He was a great help with me trading a car in. It was a few days to process the collection and the communication was abit hit and miss over emails but overall a good experience.

I was on Autotrader and found them through the finance company I was using. I had the car delivered so they sorted everything on the phone. The dealer was really helpful. Sending me videos and stuff. Jack sorted me out really well. When I call they were responsive, referred me to the right person.

The dealership were prefect. It was a quick process and Tyler was really helpful. He gave me a lot of tips and encouragement and re-assured me so I would go back again in the future.
