It has been a perfect experience up to now, there is nothing I could fault. The vehicle I got is great, the service was great the staff were so pleasant to deal with, really can't complain.

This is the second time we've purchased from Pellon Motor Group. They are a local dealership to us and when we bought our previous car 4 years ago, we checked the reviews for them and they all looked positive which is why we went. Before we went again this time we checked the reviews and feedback again and it was all still very positive. When at the dealership we were made welcomed right away, the staff offered us a drink and answered any questions. We are very pleased with this car and touch wood everything goes well. We would definitely recommend if you are in the local area.

Spot on car and spot on service. There was no messing about, I went in person to view the car, they let me go for a test drive without any problems it was as simple as it gets really. The car was cleaned spotlessly for me prior to me leaving. A solid 5 star experience.

Recently purchased a BMW X3 with my daughter, the car was for her. I did drive it back from the dealership and since then it has been all hers, she is very happy with it and done about 500 miles already. The customer service was okay, I did give them some feedback on the day as I feel there is some improvement needed when it comes to answering the phones as it was initially a little hard to get a hold of them. However overall it was a good experience for myself and my daughter and for that reason I'd rate a 4.5.

The Ford Focus is spot on, and so was the service.

All of the buying process was done online, and when the car was delivered, it was as described. The process was straightforward, and I would give it a 5/5 so far.

So far so good with the Renault Captur and i was also pleased with the customer service.

The dealership was quick and easy. The salesman was helpful, and the Ford Focus has been brilliant with no issues so far. I bought from them a few years back and returned because of how good my experience was last time, and this time was the same.
