It's going wonderful with the BMW, the kids are comfortable. I’d been looking and looking and a friend told me about them. Staff were very helpful. I called prior to coming and Matt looked after me. Atmosphere was good at the dealership. Handover was done by another gentlemen but he was good aswell. No ifs or buts. I was abit stressed out thinking about the situation but the guys made me feel comfortable.

I've never used a dealership before, always bought privately but I found Gary to be patient. He answered all my questions. Few weeks to getting the car whilst it was being prepped. After getting the car there are a couple of further issues which I’m going through the warranty for. I’m just waiting for quotes but I would return to them if they had the right car. I gave four stars as no one is perfect.

I really like the Ford Ranger I got from Phantom, the whole purchasing process was excellent, I know they normally deal in higher end cars but the service I received was incredible, Gary was great!

The VW Golf has been absolutely spot on! I was after a specific spec for the Golf and there weren’t many around, Phantom had one of them in stock. When I was looking at the cars over at the Phantom dealership they all looked good which gave me confidence. The staff were great, it was just a pleasure dealing with them, they made the overall process easy. I initially dealt with Alistair over the phone but he was off so i dealt with Lauren at the dealership, they were both great!

The Range Rover Sport is sound, its all hunky dory, it’s a lovely car. There was a bit of an issue which I had to resolve via the warranty, they took a week to replace the discs and pads. The atmosphere was very sound they were very friendly and professional.
