I've been enjoying the BMW 4 Series. Had no issues in regard to the purchase of the car on the day. We dealt with Longin. There were just a few issues with timings and booking an appointment, but once it was all booked, everything was good.

Love the Jaguar F-Type and was specifically looking for one. Chelsea was great. we took a test drive and she was good with the information. When I came to pick the car up, they identified an issue and decided to put new brake discs and pads on the front. I had to wait around two to two and a half hours, but that wasn’t a problem because they’d identified the issue and put brand new parts on it, so I was more than willing to wait. Everything went well and it was really good.

I was looking around at the Porsche Macans and found the one listed by Phantom, located about 150 miles away from me. When I initially dealt with Longin there were some advisories on the car we agreed to have a full oil service sorted as well. After a bit of chasing, I found the oil had been changed, but I don’t have the paperwork for the two advisories being resolved. Overall, I have no problem with Phantom and the whole buying process was painless.

We were looking for a bigger car and found the dealership on Facebook. I did my homework and everyone saying how good they are so I went to have a look. We weren’t disappointed. When I rang up got to test drive no one rang me back so I turned up and told its appointment only and that’s when Gary dealt with me. He was brilliant, cant fault him. He made it easy rang you back when he said he would. He was a nice fella and everyone was nice, no problems. I’d definitely use again.
