I had a BMW 1 Series previously, it was getting on a bit. I recently bought another 1 Series from Phantom Motor Company, and it has been great. What really stood out to me was Matt's communication. The BMW I bought originally was already sold to someone else, but the sale fell through, and they rang me straight away to let me know it was still available.

I would give my experience a 4/5, there was a few things that could have been done better in my opinion. The car had food down the sides of it, when the car was delivered it gained a dart charge which wasn't paid and I was told I would have been refunded but I wasn't. I also had a few things I had to replace. Apart from that I am actually very pleased with the car and everything else is fine. The delivery was on time, there was good initial communication. Dealt with Gary and he was good. So I feel a 4/5 is fair.

I had a Passat previously, but it blew up, so I wanted a car this time that I actually wanted. I went with the Volvo XC60, I'm really liking it. Amir at the Phantom was brilliant, and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

In regard to the buying experience, it was good and everything was fine. I am having an issue with the DPF now which I am in the process of sorting, so due to that, I'd rate it a 4.5 out of 5.

The service at Phantom Motor Company was exceptional. It's the first time I've used them, and Jon's customer service was amazing. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

The MG I got from them has been perfect, no problems at all. I was happy with everything with Phantom and Alistair went through everything with us which I appreciated.

I’m really enjoying the BMW 4 series from Phantom motor company. It was within my budget and price. All in all, it was a good experience, and I recommended somebody else to Phantom.

I’m loving the BMW X3 I purchased from Phantom. I kept looking on their website and the whole package was what I wanted. My advice would be to give a 4–5-star rating, be upfront with what the car is worth at the time. Other than that, the quality of the car and the motors stood out to me.

It’s been as good as gold so far. There was an issue with the logbook but apart from that, it’s been absolutely fine! My friend recommended me to them. It was nice and quick dealing with them

Phantom has a good reputation so that is why I chose them. they met the standard I had set, the service was very good. Always room for improvement so 4.5 stars.
