My parents chose Ponko and I really like the color of the Volkswagen golf we purchased. The customer service was fine; with the whole experience I would rate it 5 stars.

All good so far. I chose Ponko because of they offered the car and price I wanted. I would say the knowledge on the cars could’ve been better, but the service was very good. The test drive was smooth which was fine.

Everything was smooth at Ponko. I got recommended by a family member and I was impressed with Kye’s service. He stayed late to help me with the finance which was very nice of him.

4. All worked well on the day of purchase and think we've got a good car. A couple of things that we have picked up since purchase that would have been good to have sorted. Eg boot struts not working, and issues with windscreen washer pump.

I am very happy with the car its lovely! Service was good it was fine. Ayman he was helpful no problems at all and no pressure. Only thing that was concerning is that there wasn’t a service history which we would normally look for but apart from that everything is fine very happy.

Happy days at the moment with Ponko! The MOT situation could’ve been better but otherwise, the actual sale of the car was all really easy. In that respect, it was all good.

The car is great, the service was all good. Overall I would rate 5.

Customer service was good. Despite being really busy they were patient about the fact I wanted to see and drive numerous cars. When I got home I was disappointed to discover the boot cover doesn't work and there was a small chip in the windscreen - neither are awful, but they'll cost a lot for me to fix in comparison to how much an established garage could have fixed them for. Overall though, I'm happy with the car.

I was looking on eBay for awhile and then the Citroen came up with quite low mileage by a long distance. It was a fine experience with Ponko, Ayam I dealt with was a nice bloke.

I fancied something smaller and so I decided to go for the SEAT from Ponko. They have a good selection of vehicles to choose from and customer service is always very good. I would definitely recommend them, they are a nice company. Jack was not very pushy and very easy, no drama at all with him.
