I have used Stoneacre for a number of years now and this is the 6th car I have purchased from them today. I always deal with Ian Ainsworth who has never let me down in finding the most appropriate replacement car for me in the shortest possible time. Thanks to Ian and the gang for sorting me out once again!!!

We bought a Peugeot Partner Tepee from Stoneacre Harrogate branch only three years old in April 2019. By August it needed a new gearbox! Our treatment from Stoneacre has been abysmal and we are paying £2000 for a new gearbox. Added to that, the new gearbox that Stoneacre ordered was sent to the Doncaster branch and consequently has taken two weeks to repair. Stoneacre didn't provide us with a courtesy car so we have been without one all that time.
They say they had no idea but they must have and I think they were just glad to get it off their hands!

Just purchased a new Mazda 6 2 2 diesel from Stoneacre Harrogate and all I can say is that I'm over the moon with the car .
Jason was my salesman and was superb to deal with. Explained everything and even though it's his job to sell me a car, he was not too pushy
He was a total gent and Stoneacre are lucky to have him. I felt I got a very reasonable deal.
I will hold judgement on Stoneacre as a whole as I haven't experienced any aftersales issues yet.

Excellent service from Johnny Giles with regards to buying a new Mazda CX5. Really helpfull easy going attitude, no pressure whatsover. Would recommend Stoneacre Harrogate no problem. Cheers Johnny.

A very pleasant afternoon spent at Stoneacre Harrogate with Iain who was extremely helpful as were all other staff. All paperwork relating to purchasing a car was dealt with with the utmost efficiency in a pleasant & helpful way.
