From viewing, test driving and buying the car the whole experience was fantastic. The team at Wheelers were professional and made every step f the way seamless. Five star service and we'll definitely be back again.

Harry was really good his customer service was good. He was really helpful he answered all my questions before I even had them. It was the first one I had seen online and I would return again in the future and tell my friends I would give them five stars.

My experience with Wheelers has been alright but I do have to bring it back up because the wing mirror does not have the right part. but the way they have dealt with it has been alright to be fair. Customer service was 9 stars five stars overall.

My experience with Wheelers was quite funny, I was not buying a high spec car, so I was not expecting high quality service, but it was good! I got the service I expected it was not bad. My car has a new nickname called Gooey because there was a squirrel in the back of the car when I picked it up aha!

Rating of 5 given , reason for this is that the salesperson Harry kept to his word and got the car looking fantastic, the pdi was spot on and got the car ready for Collection when he said he would and saved me from being without a car and cost me money. Cheers Harry. One thing I would say is a better P/X deal would have been easier rather than having the hassle of selling my car myself.

Very pleased with our purchase from Wheelers. Have small details of wing mirrors and infotainment to finalise and although in London now maybe could drop in for help. Wheelers were excellent 5/5 for help in the transaction. the help I got from Wheelers was invaluable in my search for a quality used car

I would rate my experience 5 the customer service was very good and everything went smoothly and also the extras that made a difference such as leaving the vehicle with a full tank of fuel for me to take away.

5. Great service and quick turnaround in the vehicle being available.

The Audi is good, it is fully sound mechanically. The experience was good a couple of things I feel like they could have done better. On the day I put the deposit down on the car that is when they started doing all their checks and a good four weeks after I found a few scratches and some USB ports not working. Like the car is good but I feel like you really don’t know what you are buying. overall, the service was good could have been a bit quicker.
