I have been enjoying the Audi A4,so far, so good. Paul was very helpful and provided all the information I needed. The car was valeted and ready to go upon collection. We would return to buy another vehicle in the future.

I'd probably rate it 4 out of 5. It was good service, Ali helped us out. Did a video call so we could see the car. He also negotiated free delivery & money off to help us pay for the car. Delivery was fairly prompt too. We've only had the car a couple of weeks but we like it. The outside is immaculate with no dents etc... the inside had a fair few scratches but nothing too bad. That just didn't show up on the initial video call. Overall we're happy though.

They looked after me and gave all the info I needed. I found them online and they've got a good number of cars to choose from so I decided to pay them a visit. I've just been up and down in the car, I haven't used it a great deal but I'm enjoying it. I did have an issue with the battery but I got that sorted myself. Would recommend.

The car is driving well, havent had any issues with it as of yet. The only thing I havent been able to do is set myself up as a Key user of the vehicle, but I need to speak to an Audi dealership to do this. In terms of experience, I would say a 5. Your team was great. Very welcoming, left me to inspect the car for as long as necessary without anyone shadowing me or chasing me to hurry up. Any work that needed doing to the car was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the service

Purchase went smoothly and I didnt have any issues, apart from the fact I had to go a couple of times to complete the deal as a car transporter was preventing an MOT from being carried out on the new car which wasn't their fault. The staff were great and explained everything to me well. 5 star review they have been lovely to me.

4. Great service. However I have 2 problems with the car that I need fixing.

The staff were excellent, Ahmed and the mechanic who dealt with me were brilliant. I was a bit worried at first because the dealer is based down winding country lanes so I was expecting a small dealership with about 7 cars, but it's actually a very impressive dealership with plenty of stock. I had a problem with the internal screen so I took it back to them and they couldn't figure out the problem so they said they would order me a new screen but it took 5 weeks to arrive which is why I've given 4 stars. I would still go back to them next time I want a car because I was impressed with the service.
