This was honestly the easiest and most stress-free experience of purchasing a car, Josh was absolutely spot on. He made the transaction very easy and smooth, and was just brilliant. He was helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he was on hand as and when. When I went to collect the car, it had been valeted well, it was presented superbly to me. The car had been serviced but there was only 4 months MOT left on the car, Josh said to save any delays, take the car away when your ready and book it back in at your convenience to have it MOT'd and we will cover the cost to get a fresh 12 months MOT on the car. They were accommodating and helpful from the get go and I really can't fault them. I will be back when I'm looking for something new and I will definitely recommend to others.

Recently bought a Volkswagen Caddy for commercial purposes, its spot on! Great little van, I've given it a good run and got a feel for it and all good, its driving brilliantly, very pleased with it. The staff at Wavertree were very good, really helpful and friendly and a nice easy process. I will happily buy from here again in the future, and definitely recommend to others.

I recently purchased a Jaguar F-Pace from Wavertree Car Centre, I can't fault the customer service provided. The staff were extremely attentive, especially whist under difficult circumstances. I took a part exchange and the salesman was very helpful in getting this sorted. The Jaguar is lovely to drive, and running very well, I'm pleased with it. The process was smooth and easy and I would be more than happy to purchase here again.

I was looking to buy a new car, but I'm not very computer savvy, so my Son was helping me. He found a lovely little Fiat 500 online with Wavertree Car Centre, he sent it to me and I loved the look of it! It was quite a distance for us to travel, but it was so worth it for the perfect car! We made an appointment, and when we got down there the staff were lovely, so helpful, informative and very friendly. The showroom was covid-safe and all measures were in place to keep staff and customers safe. We even got a brew whilst we waited! It was a lovely experience and I will 100% defiantly buy from here again., The car runs like a little dream, I'm so pleased with it, I love it! It was very clean and tidy inside and out when we collected, and the dealer ensured I was 100% happy with everything during the process. I highly recommend!!

Was buying a car from here, paid a deposit but finance company i was with did not do business with this dealership, when Gary phoned me to ask what was going on, i told him what i was told he sore at me and told me he would not refund my deposit, so i lost £100 think i was lucky could have been a lot more, i would not recommend this dealership "go elsewhere".
