It has been an okay experience so far, when I left the dealership, the car did break down so we had to take it back in limp mode and they did fix it. The service was good they are nice people we weren’t there that long apart from the breakdown it’s been okay. 👍

I am loving the Audi ETRON, it is a very good car. I was referred to Cartime and Bradleys service was amazing; he was very helpful. I’m glad he influenced my decision into going for the Audi as it was a better package overall.

The Tesla I bought from cartime has been fine since the purchase. The experience at the dealership was alright, but the salesperson wasn’t great. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the car, even though he said he owned one. A couple of things were promised but not followed through, like having the car charged ready for collection. Aside from that, everything else was fine, but the process could have been better with communication and knowledge.

My other vehicle was costing a lot of money to repair and a work colleague sent me a link to the Tiguan I bought as he knew what I was looking for. Filippo was brilliant. He was very accommodating to the times that he could speak to me when I got there. He taxed the car for and stuff like that. He was just good all round.
