I was specifically looking for a Audi A3 after owning one previously, they good reliable cars, I saw that North West Trade Centre had one after looking on auto trader for weeks, and it seemed to fit the bill! It did need quite a few things doing to it unfortunately, but I got them resolved myself. The staff were brilliant and so friendly

I haven’t really driven the Vauxhall insignia much as I am still learning to drive, however my experience at the dealership was good, very straightforward, I was a bit scepitcal about the MOT but once someone looked over it there was no hassle.

The BMW X3 is exactly what you’d expect for the price, I didn’t see a advertisement went in the lot saw it, liked it and bought it, the service and everything was nice, the only issues was aa “processing fee” that wasn’t previous mentioned, however he guy I dealt with was very polite. Other than that everything else was fine! Everything would have been a five if it weren’t for the fee, very happy with the car

Got the Vauxhall Mokka from North west Trade Centre, the experience was good overall, but I did have a few repairs myself but other than that I’d give them a solid four they were all sound

My husband went to pick the car up and said the staff we alright, they could of been more transparent with the information about the service history but I am happy with the car

My experience with North West Trade Centre was a clean cut deal, I needed the car urgently so I took whatever they had, there is a few little niggles, things that need fixing but that’s to be expected with a car that you buy second hand relatively cheap, the whole team were great.

The Ford Focus from North West Trade Centre seems to be doing really well, the dealership had a good variety of cars, reviews online and made the part exchange painless so I thought why not haha, they were all really helpful!

I’m local to them and saw the car on their website. Jake was great, he took care of us. Brakes being sorted other than that its been perfect. They tried to make it as accessible as possible, did the plates for me, were thorough and got the car ready for pickup.

Really happy with my new car, its lovely. Ive had to take it to garage to get front & back brakes replaced and I emailed the dealership about it but that isn’t a complaint. When you go in and speak to people who are nice it makes a difference. Stuart was lovely, he was very friendly. He couldn’t have done any more to help. The dealership was very accommodating. I would recommend as they were very good.
