I’ve had my current car for 6 years and I’ve ended changing over at Phantom, the Range Rover Sport is alright. This is the first time I’ve used them, there have been a few issues while purchasing and servicing. They haven’t been the quickest in replying as Im still waiting to hear back on the missing locking wheel nut and the service light that came on. I had to drive 5 hours to get to Phantom and then wait another 2 hours to pick up the car. The preparation was not as great as expected when I arrived. There were a few issues at the dealership with the car initially but they were resolved on the spot. To be fair my time at the dealership ok, Longin and the guys were helpful and very polite.

We needed a replacement car as the fan heater went on the previous car during the coldest days and had no choice to get another. We wanted an electric car with a tow bar and found the MG at Phantom Motors so we had a look and were very happy with it so we bought it. It’s the first electric car we’ve ever owned and absolutely loving it, nice and quiet. Couple of little issues ive found but nothing that can't be resolved but the car is good. The car is under warranty but they won't do repairs as there was no service history. Also, I wish id known before I took out a service plan that it if I took the service plan with MG, it would have extended the warranty but this is no detriment to the Phantom Motors. The dealers customer service is fantastic. They were very accommodation and answered all of our questions. Fabulous.

My previous Land Rover was getting old so I wanted to get a newer one. I had a good look around on Autotrader and went to Phantom Motor Company. I would have given a higher score if they had dealt with enquires quicker, always too busy but their cars were well presented and Chelsea was good.

The Mercedes is getting on fine; it was an upgrade from my other car which was just getting a bit old. They were good at Phantom; all staff were friendly.

Chelsea, I dealt with was cracking, gave me all I needed to know. I found Phantom from Autotrader, and it was quick, simple with them. Nice easy test drive.

Just fancied a change really so I looked at the reviews of Phantom which were good and got it for the right spec. I felt they were easy to work with; customer service was good and there was a problem that got fixed really quickly. No complaints. Jons service was brilliant and managed to get me the best deal.

The BMW is perfect; it was the right car for me. The professionalism of the sales lads with what’s on the floor, nice and clean. Everything was explained to me on the day,

Bought 2 cars at once, and although they were delayed, I was kept informed, and they delivered them separately on the same day, morning and evening on s Friday. The cats came with a full service and a check list which was above and beyond. Mine especially as it got new brakes and disks, which on the test drive prior the brakes were good. 3 months later and all is well. I took extra warranty out as it was worth it. I’d buy from them again, but I’d never sell my dream car they supplied. Thanks Dylan

Dylan at Phantom was really good with me! Managed to get some chip marks fixed on the BMW. It did take a wee bit of time to get the front bumper painted but the car is good overall. Can’t fault it.

The BMW is getting on good. Chelsea was good I couldn’t fault her at all! I thought she was really helpful, any question I asked, she answered. The process did feel slightly rushed but I’m not sure if it was from my end or the dealers. I saw the BMW 320D on auto traded and it really pulled me in, and then I went and phoned up and inquired about it, and then that was it.
