Matt answered all my questions, no complaints at all we had a good chat, he was a great lad. Quick and easy and the price was right, car looked great and everything was looked after no complaints at all.

I saw the LR Velar on Autotrader and Gary I dealt with was sound. The sale Itself I would have given it a 5, just could have done with improvement on the aftersales. I felt like it could have been a better experience if they helped me out more as I sent a few emails and never got anything back.

The Audi a4 deal has gone relatively well so far from Phantom. Very helpful staff and gone out the way to make sure they could help me out as much as possible. Matt helped me through the documents which was also helpful.

I think the BMW X5 I purchased from Phantom is the best car I ever had! Ive drove a lot of cars but this one feels different. The reviews I noticed before I brought the car was really good and the customer service was quite easy and smooth.

5. Excellent vehicle purchased and Excellent customer service

Loving the Mercedes C43 car has been great, and the service was really good.

On the day of the purchase, Chelsea was really good and showed a good level of customer service, which I was happy with. I did part exchange my old Ford Fiesta, and unfortunately, I am still receiving correspondence as if I'm the owner of the vehicle, and I also had to pay and request the ownership documentation for my new Ford. As well as this, when I collected the car, it was not ready, there were a few things that needed doing. In all fairness, they did get it sorted. So I'm happy with the car and the customer service.

The Audi Q3 has been all good, we did have a few problems but this was all sorted, just I think there was a bit of miscommunication whether the car was serviced or not. I found all the staff friendly, Amir who dealt with me was good.

I dealt with Longin, he was very professional and personable he kept me updated through to the day when I arrived to collect the car, when I arrived the team were helpful and engaged. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
