The fiesta is doing absolutely fine. We noticed Ponko was quite close to us and had some good options available so we thought we would have a look. The staff were very helpful and Philip we dealt with was good.

My other car was getting past its time, so it was time for an upgrade and when we drove past Ponko, we spotted the Audis which is what I thought I wanted so id figure we’d give them a call. We dealt with Kye who was really helpful and responsive, we flagged up a few things which got fixed.

Customer service and Ayman was really helpful. I am currently having an issue with the clutch however I spoke to Ayman over the phone and arranged for the vehicle to possibly part exchange.

We needed a bigger car for our holiday coming up for September so there’s no worries on space now with the Ford S max. The whole process was easy in terms of buying the car.

The Skoda yeti is lovely. I have been looking for an automatic Skoda for ages, and I found one on Autotrader through Ponko. I dealt with jack quite a lot and he was very patient, he helped with a problem with my disability, so he managed to get the boot latch fixed so it was easier to open for me.

Ponko had the car I was looking for at competitive rates, when I went down there they were very professional throughout the whole experience. The car was in good condition as well 😊
