I was recommended to Wheelers by a trusted friend, so we went there and they were really attentive and got me the exact car I wanted. I needed it quickly and that sorted out for me. Five stars it was great. Ben was great 😊

I'd give a 4, Ben was very knowledgeable, quick to respond and honest during the process, the only reason I'd dock a point was that it did take quite a while for the car to be ready to pick up from purchase, due to some issues found but to be fair we were made aware what was happening.

I felt that from deposit to purchase , the vehicle hand over had been thorough.
I've had some minor electrical issues but this has been dealt with free of charge and very promptly .

Wheelers is local to me, and they have a good broad selection of cars at the dealer. I can’t really fault it, it took a little time to get the car, but they told me this beforehand. Ben had good customer service too. the quality of their cars is quite good too.

I mentioned to my friend once I saw the Ford Ranger I liked that it was from Wheelers, and he said he had a good service so I chose this dealership. The service I had was great, I actually got the car delivered and it all went fine it was delivered on time. I am having a small issue with the brake light coming on but I need to chase this up with the dealer. Not a problem with the communications either, they were quite quick at resolving any problems when I mentioned any.

I liked how they let me test drive it on my own. The Range Rover is going fine it is all okay. 9/10 customer service ben was good. everything was good very professional. It was time for a new car 😊
