Im enjoying my Nissan Navara, all good. They have a commercial part to the dealership, it's a nice area and everyone knows them. I looked at their reviews and they are pretty easy to deal with. Tom was professional, easy not pushy, very pleased with how he dealt with us. Everything was done as agreed, new service, new mot, polish, new mats , any work that was done was no quibble and we could see the receipts. Lower score purely due the wait time on collection and they were difficult to get hold of, I had to keep chasing them but I believe there were some phone issues their side but It was all done to how we wanted it to be picked up and that’s what they promised.

I was told the Honda Jazz would be perfect for me and there was one waiting for me at Wheelers Chipping Norton. They are close and i've used them before as they have a garage. They are reliable, I can't complain. Ben the sales guy was very charming.

This is the second vehicle i've bought from Wheelers, I’m very happy with them. They are nice, polite, professional and happy to please. I’ve recommended them already and I tell everybody there is a nice selection. Tom was the sales guy and they don’t push you, it's up to you to make your mind up. Even if you speak to one of the younger assistants they always go get you the keys to have a look. Bit of a delay getting the car but I know they have other things in hand but it didn’t worry me. When we got the car it was ideal.

From start to finish, I was met with professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. Ben was extremely 'straightforward' to deal with (this is a must for me when buying a car!) We were so impressed by Wheelers, Ben and their range of cars my husband would like to buy his next one there! I have been delighted with my new car, thank you.

Tommy was in charge, even though they were very busy he always responded. Really happy with the service It was really smooth, convenient. I went on Autotrader and Ebay and Wheelers were the first company to responded to my emails and it was the vehicle I preferred anyway so it worked out quite well. They were so professional, made it easy, even if another vehicle would have come up couple of hundred quid cheaper I’d have stayed with Wheelers. My wife already wants to trade her car in with Wheelers so we will be returning.

i would give you 5 rating beautiful cars in immaculate condition a bit pricey but still very nice .y one gripe woyld be we were told we would get a tank of petrol with our £17,000 purchase but we never got it apart from that all good so far

We went round the area looking for a van we and found one my husband liked at Wheelers. They were friendly and professional. Tom was great, he answered all our questions. Honest. Would use again

The Volvo’s great. I think Wheelers are a good dealership. It took a long time to have the car delivered but they did warn me, it was just abit longer than I was expecting. There was a last minute problem on one of the door locking mechanisms but Ben sorted it and I think it was Ben who personally delivered the car on Saturday morning so he went the extra mile to do that. Other than that, all good. I saw the car on their website. I liked their cars and there aren’t too far away from me . I noticed their cars sell pretty quickly so I thought that was a good sign. I would use them again and will recommend.
