I felt as if I could trust his word, and I am so glad I did as my V40 is an absolute dream! It drives beautifully and is in such good condition for a 62 plate. I found an excellent example of the car I was looking to buy at Chrome. Low mileage, full history and top spec too. The whole process was very relaxed, with no hard sell or unwanted products thrown at me. Very unlike the car supermarket experience where you feel like you are there to be ripped off. Over the moon with my Volvo, it is a lovely car to drive, so smooth. The customer service was really good, they went above and beyond to ensure a straight forward and simple sale. They did everything for me, so all that was left for me to do was to sign the dotted line and drive away in my new set of wheels!
