Never bought a car with out actually going to see it was apprehensive at first well I had no need to be pellon was fantastic from start to finish excellent delivery and hand over .the Ford focus titanium x as been fantastic.Top marks pellon definitely recommend and use you again.

The Kuga is absolutely fantastic, no issues at all, it has gone past my expectations even it is fantastic! I can tell you now, my next car is going to be from Pellon too, I was provided with first class service from beginning to end! From looking on their website, to coming for a test drive, to have the car delivered,they were exceptional! The delivery was even quicker than I thought as well, after finalising the sale I thought it would be about a week until the car arrived, however, I only had to wait for 2 days and then it was there on my doorstep! The guy who delivered it was a really nice chap, I will 100% be sticking with Pellon!

Bought my fiesta s line from Pellon motor group about 6 weeks ago ( 💕 It ) Purchased blind - without travelling to see it and got it delivered to my drive Apart from a small issue with a buckled wheel that was replaced with a new wheel and alloy everything seems to be A1 I am very happy with the car and after sales service 😃 We Intend to return to Pellon for my husbands next car Just wish I had found Pellon motor group years ago 👍

They were good as gold in all fairness, I had no issues or problems with any part of the sale and the car is a dream. They delivered the car down in Wales to me, and it was just as I imagine it would be. I had a very good overall experience, and would happily buy again, if they had something that was up my alley.

Absolutely fine, I am really happy with the Puma and how lovely it is to drive! The customer service was brilliant too, it was my first time using Pellon and I would be more than happy to go again! Everything was super quick and really easy, I couldn't have asked for much more from them!

All appears to be well with the car and the service was great, the whole team were attentive and helpful, I would highly recommend!

The only thing that knocked it down was the valet as it wasn't the best, as it was a part ex they had just got in, therefore sold as seen. Apart from that they did a smashing job. They didn't pressure the sale, they offered me a test drive, and let me view the car in my own time. They were a really nice helpful team, and I would recommend anyone to visit!

I am well pleased with my Mokka, it is a cracking car and has definitely met my expectations up to now. I was very happy with how sharp it was looking when I picked it up, I was very impressed! As for the guys, I thought they were brilliant, made everything dead easy and didn't rush me either. I would definitely use them again, it was a lovely experience.

Both me and my daughter are really happy with the purchase, she loves the car, and I think it's a cracking little car so I am very happy! We did have an issue with the drive shaft to begin with, however the guys were great and got that paid out to me right away. My daughter baked them some brownies as a thank you, and I think they guys loved them, so it was a great purchase for both parties!
