Overall I would say the customer service was great at V12 Sports & Classics. Connor was really professional and welcoming, so that was comforting. Had no issues with the car’s performance and I'm glad I chose the Audi E-tron.

Was going to go for an S type at first...But then I got to the dealership and wow, I was gobsmacked! There was so many options, I was amazed honestly. Due to the range of choices, I ended up going for the Jaguar F- Pace as it was more suitable for my daily sport activities and carrying all my golf clubs. Absolutely going to return for my next car and have already bragged about V12 to the family. Jake was superb, so would give him 10/10.

Mechanically, the Mercedes is wonderful. It offered all the features I needed, making the experience quite easy and helpful. I am very satisfied with the service and, as a first-time customer, I would definitely return again.

Overall, I’d give the whole experience a solid 10 out of 10. I’m really enjoying my new Hyundai Kona. This is my first time owning a Hyundai, and I have to say, it’s been a fantastic experience. The car itself is super smooth and fun to drive, and it has all the features I was looking for. Connor was really knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

An upgrade from the last, for sure - the car is performing really well. This is my first time visiting the dealership but I saw the car advertised online, and Adnaan was top drawer. I had a test drive, and he just sorted everything out for me. He's really a top man, so I can't fault him, to be honest. I would definitely recommend them, top marks for their service!

The Audi A3 I had was in good condition - loving it so far, running well and have had no issues so i'm happy with that.

I have been really pleased with everything so far and haven't had a chance to leave a review yet. Max was amazing and did a great job, no complaints at all. When they left, they added a few extra touches that were the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend them. This was my first time purchasing, and I saw it on the website. I haven’t yet picked up the Tesla I purchased, I am just waiting on some paintwork to be completed. I visited the dealership for the first time, and Adnaan was excellent; he was really helpful, took me on a test drive, and answered my many questions. He really went the extra mile to get my car sorted, as I was in two minds about having it at first, but his service really made me happy. Lee was also very helpful, so I definitely want to give him a shoutout. He was really fast and efficient with his communication and made sure to keep me updated.

Personally, I have never had a Skoda, however, my parents have, so I had first-hand experience seeing its reliability and how much they loved it. I didn’t even know I wanted an electric car until I came across this Skoda Enyaq, which suited all my needs. I love the exterior and the interior, and I am very happy. As soon as I test-drove it, I knew this was what I would be taking home. Virsharn was perfect; he helped me with the test drive and, on the day, did all I required from him, so I was really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
