Overall, I have been happy with experience with V12 Sports and Classics. My Land Rover Discovery Sport has been a brilliant car, I can't fault it.

After travelling a very long way to view the Hyundai Ioniq, I was hopeful that the car was as described and luckily when I saw the car it was spot on. Straight away I wanted it! I even paid extra to have the seat protection spray with me having two little girls to avoid any unwanted mess. Up until now the car has survived and we are really enjoying it. I never give top marks to anyone, but I was that impressed. I'd happily recommend this dealership to people I know.

What a brilliant car my Polestar has been since driving it away! I'm very impressed with the sort of mileage it can covers on one charge. The team were very helpful when it came to setting up the Polestar app for me because I've never had a car before where you have to download something, but they were happy to assist. I got my car from the Hinckley branch and everyone was super helpful. So far the car is still doing me well, I hope it continues.

Honestly I couldn't recommend asking for Shaun enough! He was a great gentleman to buy a car from and he sold me a really reliable car. I was left with no hidden surprises when I drove away, so I can't complain. It was my first time using this company and I was very satisfied with how everything went.

My recent car purchase was actually for my son who was looking to get his first car. He opted for the Ford Fiesta, and after looking online for a good while, we came across the perfect one in red at V12 Sports and Classics. After making the trip down, we were greeted by Nicholas who was exactly what you want from a salesman because he was happy to take his time showing us around the car while answering any and all questions me and my son threw at him. One test drive later and we had it! My son has been driving it ever since and he loves it. Non of us can complain about how anything went because it was a very pleasant experience.

To be fair I've not got a bad word to say about my experience with V12 Sports and Classics. I think it was Craig who looked after me on the day, and he couldn't do enough for me! From start to finish he was very friendly and straightforward, so I knew exactly I was getting for my money. It's safe to say when I drove the car home, I was very happy with how everything went.

I'm still getting used to charging my Kia Niro at commercial sites but it's my first time owning an electric car so I'm still trying to figure everything out, but it's a brilliant car. On the day, Seyyed was very helpful when answering all my questions about owning an electric car and I would say he covered all bases because I didn't come away with any questions unanswered.

It's been a couple of months now since I visited this dealership and other than a little battery issue (which is getting resolved) the car has been amazing, and it was exactly what I was looking for in a car. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the small issue. These things happen, but it wouldn't put me off coming back for another car.

So far I'm getting on very well with my Volvo XC40, it's been running very well and actually far better than I thought it would for a second hand car dealership. Anyway, I had no issues on the day of enquiry or collection. When I did come to pick up the car, I was impressed to see that it was ready on time and had a fresh valet. What a great company to do business with.
