Everything at Cartime well it was fine. The customer service from Bradley was fantastic he was very friendly and answered all my questions. It was easy for me to understand and make the decision of getting the Hyundai and everything was explained to me in detail so I can enjoy my time with the car. Really great experience!

The car is absolutely perfect, this is my first, so I was definitely In the need of one. I just so happen to run into Cartime and when I saw this car went down to have a look at this specific Seat Ibiza. When I arrived the customer service was perfect, in fact everything was perfect in general.

I'm really happy with the car, the only thing I not sure on the service booklet, I don't have one but MGs might do it electronically. I had a Ford Fiesta which was quite low and found it difficult to get into it, I've had my eyes on those MGs for a while, they're a lot of car for the money. I saw one down at Nelson online which seemed like really good value to be honest, so I went down and negotiated a deal with them. I've heard a couple of people that have bought cars from Cartime who any don’t have complains. It was all extremely simple, very quick and I've got no complaints whatsoever!

Previously I had a Citroën C1, I wanted a bigger car, and I've always wanted a Golf. I'm really noticing the difference, I think Asam really stood out when I was at Car Time. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 is we had to wait a while when we went to collect it, but it wasn't a big deal. Happy overall.

Hassan was fantastic and the young lad hamza who did my paperwork he was absolutely fantastic he answered all my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he would go and find it. We had a little issue with the aftercare as we left something in the old car and it was abit of a hassle, but it was all resolved and it’s been sorted, Overall it was good.
