I was due a new car, so my friend referred me to Essex prestige which is where I got my Maserati from. I had to take it back due to a light coming on the dash but they took it back to replace a sensor and gave me a courtesy car. Naz who helped me was very polite and informative and made me feel no pressure throughout the process.

Everything is fine so far, I’ve got no issues with the car. My experience when I was down at the dealership is half-half I found a few scratches on the car however the staff were nice. I just wish they knew about all the details about the car when selling so I knew more about the car itself. Overall the car is ok, and I have good warranty with it but hopefully don't need to use it.

Really good experience with Essex prestige and easy to deal with. I had an M2 before and I was taking it down building sites with all my tools inside, it was no good as a work car so I sold that. There was an issue with the audio control module but they made me aware of that on the day I came to buy the ford ranger, and I noticed a crack in the bumper after having it for a couple of weeks, but its minor thing, it will only cost a couple of quid for my mate to sort it. All in all customer service was brilliant.

While the sales process from Essex Prestige was great, all the team are very polite and they deal with that side very nicely, but I have had a few issues with the body kit on the car, the engine management light has come on, and I didn't receive any matts in the car. However, they offered to get the car back in but I live 5-6 hours away so I am in the process of sorting this with Essex Prestige at the moment and the team are very friendly and polite.

First electric vehicle I have purchased, I went for it as I just wanted something different and Teslas are nice vehicles in my opinion. It is a bit low and runs out of power a little quicker than I expected! However it drives fine and I have gotten used to it now. When I was at the dealership I took it for a test drive, I felt that the route was good and allowed me to decide if I wanted the car or not. The service was good throughout, the guy I dealt with was helpful. I will say it was a bit hard to bargain with the dealership, but can't complain too much. I am happy to give them a 5 out of 5 rating.

This is the third Mercedes E-Class I have had in a row, each time I upgrade to the better model with the highest spec, this one has the premium package on it Sam explained to me, so I have just about got used to all the extra gimmets on it and driving it. I have one issue with the high beams, a error does come up when I use them but from looking online this can happen when the front camera needs a bit of a clean. It is something I am keeping my eye on for now. Other than that I am very pleased with the vehicle and with the service I received from Sam. Very helpful, would recommend.

Second vehicle I have purchased from here and each time it has been perfect. A trusted dealership to me now, they have always made sure I am looked after and that the cars are in the highest standard before leaving the forecourt. It was ready for when I wanted to pick it up, there was a delay on my end as I was rather busy, but this wasn't an issue, they didn't rush me and when I did arrive the car was ready for me, valetted and in perfect condition. I couldn't fault anything about essex Prestige.

No complaints, I haven't used the van much it is just sat on my drive but no issues as far as I am aware haha! Really good on the service side of things, all the guys were helpful, I did have a flat battery and within a hour a guy came out and put a brand new on in for me, so no complaints at all really good service, everyone was helpful.

It’s all going well, everything's perfect, the thing is I get bored of cars easy haha I had another Navara then changed to a car, and I've never liked a car since so went straight back into a truck. There was a few I looked at and most dealers were contacting you constantly like push push push but Essex prestige were just nice and easy. I only had one problem with the truck in the fuel cap, but they all got it sorted straight away. I think Kelly dealt with me she was perfect I dealt with her throughout the whole thing. It all went prefect I'd give them a 5

On a whole I can’t knock it, drives like a dream, the only problem I've had really is condensation in the rear lights which I didn't notice at first, other than that its smashing, love it. I'd been looking at them for a while and my uncle had just bought one and fell in love with it, decided you're only here once and I work hard so might as well have a nice motor to show for it! This was the exact spec that I wanted, it was the only one with blacked out mirrors and a body kit, it wasn't badly priced either. Everything was done quick. I think it was Nav I spoke to and after a few emails we reserved it. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was a bit of confusion regarding the service history on my part exchange but at the end of the day I still can’t knock it - everyone's loves it and it drives like a dream!!
