It was quick and easy service. Thomas were a lovely chap and they did have a wide range of cars down at Motortrust. I would appreciate if they gave it a bit more offers, I think I’m a very fussy person so to give 5 you have to give me a cup of tea because you’re spending a lot of money and they have to be looking after you in little ways.

My old car got bumped into so I needed a replacement. Im getting on fine with the Citroen, I like the look of the car and it drives nice. I am still waiting for the manual and without I cant work the screen. However mark who dealt with me was good just waiting to here back.

Great experience at this dealership, we dealt with Thomas he was very, very helpful. We didn't feel under any pressure throughout the sale. We took the car for a test drive and went up the A6 and back to get a proper feel for the car. When we came to collect it to take home, not only had the valeted it, they also serviced, Mot'd and replaced the tyres and brake pads. It gave us peace of mind that everything that needed doing to make it a safe drivable car was done. Definitely a 5 star service from Motortrust.

Great ford fiesta from Motortrust. I had a MG before and I just didn’t like it so I’m enjoying the car I got now. I was quite happy with the manager I dealt with; he was very helpful and told me everything.

I am fairly local to the dealership so had driven past it and knew about it for a while. I was looking for a Toyota RAV4, I know a few people who have this vehicle and always heard good things. I had a look online and I came across one that Motortrust was selling. I went in the view it and was pleased. It was Ben that I dealt with throughout, he made it an easy experienced, no problems at all. The vehicle was cleaned spotlessly when I went to pick it up, couldn't fault anything to be honest.

The whole experience has been good so far, I did have a problem with a part that I need to be fixed but I’m currently away so I will get that sorted when I am home. Other than that, it’s been good. Morgan was a good lad he knew his stuff however at the end I did feel a little rushed but that could just be me. I would still give MotorTrust five stars.
