Very happy and very pleased with the service and the vehicle. When I went down to LMC to collect my new Mercedes GLC it was all sparkling clean and good to go. First class service all around, no problems what so over.

I found LMC on Autotrader through their advert for the Kia Sportage, it was the right size and price for me. The salesperson I dealt with was nice, they could have thrown in a few extra bits like other garages do. There were a few admin fees that I was unhappy with as they felt unnecessary, but they were presented quite clearly. There wasn’t too much negotiating regarding covering up scratches and the warranty. The Kia Sportage is doing good.

The Cx-5 is doing pretty good, there are a few niggles, but it was to be expected on a trade sale. Stuart was spot on, he was really helpful. The only issue I’ve had is that the name on the paperwork has been misspelled, however that’s being updated. When I came up to the Trade Centre via train and Stuart picked me up from the train station. I honestly would rate higher than 5/5 If i could.

My whole experience with NWTC was alright. The sales person was a bit hard to communicate with as I was the one reaching out most of the time, however whenever I called, they would pick up right away. I’m missing the main key with central locking however other than that the Fiat Panda is great.

The Kia Sportage has been great, it was the best value for money and closest to my location. There were a couple of things that needed to be done on the car that the dealership didn’t initially pick up on that caused a couple of delays when collecting the car, The Trade Centre has been great at getting them resolved. Ian and Jake both have been great and always got back to me.

The Fabia has been fine at the moment, there were a couple of things that needed to be done on it, however I knew that when I purchased the car. Mike from the Trade center was super!
