The experience was good on the day of the purchase. I saw the car on Autotrader and found they had a lot of vehicles at their location so went over to see them. Jake was lovely, very friendly. It was a good environment and the cars were in good condition mostly. I would recommend to family and friends.

Everything is going good with the Skoda Citigo from North West Trade Centre, we were well looked after down the dealership are they were all happy to see our dog! I would use them again and recommend them.

I had to get rid of my Beetle Convertible, so chose to get a Peugeot 208 from North West Trade Centre, It was very straightforward! There was a scratch in the back of the car that the guy said he would get sorted, but I did this myself in the end. The guy I dealt with was very good, thorough and very professional.

The salesperson at North West Trade Centre was friendly and helpful throughout the process. There were a few issues after purchase, including an incorrect locking wheel nut, a slow puncture and the need for a new battery. Most of these were resolved, although the tyre pressure warning light remains on.
Despite these concerns, I am very pleased with the car and really enjoy driving it.

We saw the car we liked at North West Trade Centre, the Ford Fiesta. There was plenty of choice there! I’ve no complaints about the car at all, the only problem was the car wasn’t valeted Stuart was absolutely great, dealt with everything swiftly, I would 100% recommend them!
