I’m in the trade myself and it was a good experience, everything was spot on.

I bought from Phantom as they looked a great company, however, I am waiting on them getting back to me to sort out some scuffs on the wheels. They have nice cars and the finance options are quite decent, great customer service and it was a very organized easy process. When you go to get a car it can be a nightmare but it was quite relaxing actually for them to do it all and get me sorted. Amir helped me, he was perfect, couldn’t go wrong with him.

We needed a 7 seater. I saw the car on the internet and rang them as soon as they opened. They had a couple of Discovery’s that they put out in the showroom for us and the deal was done pretty quickly, they worked hard. Since having the car, i've had a few issues that I contacted the sales guy Alistair about and within an hour he told me to get it done under the warranty, he’s brilliant and looked after us, he couldn’t do enough. The general politeness was really good, pleasant to deal with.

The M3 touring was the best value on the market when I came across it on Autotrader, Mileage was a bit higher but that doesn't really matter to me, I liked the look of the car and value for money. The specs were pretty good and it was really the colour that sold it to me! When we went down to Phantom had really good cars at the dealership. Due to us traveling down from the very top of Scotland, we could only do certain dates and times that didn’t line up with the dealership. However, they managed to make time and space for us to come down when it suited us, Amir was great, he was really helpful, and I couldn’t complain.

I work closely with the dealership, so it just makes sense to get one from there, I just got the feeling like I was a home. Alistar was good during process, and the Hyundai Tuscan is doing fine as well.

The Ford Transit from Phantom is brilliant, everything's been good! I’ve been needing a new van to be honest and looking for a while. Phantom had a lot of nice cars on the website, when I was flicking through I found the Transit which had no VAT which was quite a good deal so I nipped down. I noticed they knocked quite a bit off it from the first time I saw it online! I dealt with Longin he was superb, he made sure everything ran smoothly!

My car was on the older side so I was looking for something newer online and found this Discovery at Phantom, came in for a test drive and liked it. There was a bit of a disappointment on the trade in price as it was lower than initially quoted, but the lad Jack that dealt with me was really professional and knowledgeable.

The Ford is perfect, the team at Phantom were great and professional. I have no complaints!

The sales guy Matt did a really good job, he didn’t push the sale. We went on two test drives and it was a good experience. The pictures of the car on Autotrader were really nice and it looked a good price. Customer service was great.

I went to Phantom as they are quite local to me. I had to wait at the dealership for the car and I wasn't really satisfied with the trade in price but did manage to negotiate a bit on that. I did have an issue with the car since collection, but the warranty has supplied me with a replacement after market part which I've fitted but as been on holiday haven't had chance to test yet. The initial process prior and the salesman Jack were all right.
