I’d been looking for a specific Mustang with spec I wanted, saw it and spoke to Gary. Dealt with him all way through, couldn’t fault him. Car had a flat battery on collection but they sorted that. Took it for a test drive and asked them to deliver it week later. Andy took me through everything when he arrived, no problems there. Only issues really was I had to chase up some missing documentation with them and one of the wheel nuts was loose and a front subframe bolt was missing following a service I had done. Dealing with Phantom Motor Company was good. They seemed a professional outfit and offered drinks. Reviews on Trustpilot seemed pretty good aswell.

The M4’s been good, I got a good deal on it. I initially went to a different dealership however, even though the car was priced similarly, it was nowhere near the condition of the one from Phantom. Jon was great during the sales process.

The car itself is all good. However, I've got the car going into a local dealer on Wednesday so may have to call it in on the Warranty. Prior to getting through to Phantom, you speak to help desk and they pass message on to the branch which was a challenge. Payment held up on my side so I was in Phantom for most of the day. Otherwise, it was really good. Gary was great, he was really good from start to finish

No problems on the day. We went there as they have a large range of cars and they have a bit of a higher class car than the bulk standard ones. The tyres on the vehicle needed changing and they agreed to do it but didn’t want budget tyres on it but they fitted budget tyres on anyway. Other than that it was ok. They were dead friendly, quite relaxed, not forceful.

The Range Rover has been great so far and I'm really happy with it. I found the car online and had brilliant communication with Phantom Motor Company throughout the purchase. Longin was brilliant to deal with and kept everything on track. I wasn't able to take a test drive before buying because I was out of the country during the purchase process, but when I came back to collect the car, I was given the opportunity to drive it and told that if I wasn't happy or found anything wrong, I could come straight back. I was very happy with that. I'd definitely recommend Phantom Motor Company to other people without any doubt.

Car is amazing, I love it. quite far away but I wanted the spec of car, had everything I needed. went to see the car and had a test drive. On the day, the car was clean and tidy. Ellis was the salesperson, he was great, helped with everything. Came back couple of weeks later.
