John was amazing from the very start. I had to travel a long way to visit the Wolverhampton branch, but John was very accommodating because he picked me up from the train station to save me the time and money of getting a taxi. When we got back to the dealership the car was ready outside waiting for me to take a look at. Once I took one look at it, I was happy to take it home! - Since driving away I've only done a couple of school runs in it but I look forward to putting some more miles on it in the future.

It was well worth the 2 hour trip from Stoke to Sheffield to get my Ssangyong Rodius Turismo. The day after I got the car, I took it in the garage for a health check just to give me peace of mind that everything is as it should and thankfully it was all okay. I've already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine, so hopefully they go ahead with a car from here.

It was my first time visiting V12 Sport and Classics but I'm so glad I did because everything went as smoothly as you would want it to when buying a car. When I first stepped in the dealership everyone was very welcoming on arrival and since I knew what I came to see, the team were happy to show me to the car. I ended up getting car that I've never owned before because I've always had Land Rovers, so getting used to the Honda has been different to say the least. I've still not had the chance to use the cruise control, heated seats, parking assist and all of them bits but I will get there. Sarda bless him did tell me about all of the features but I'm not the best at remembering a lot of information but I appreciate his efforts. I took the car to Honda so they could give it a look over and they gave it the okay. I just wish it came with 2 keys but a great company to deal with non the less.

Everything went as expected when I visited this dealership. All of my questions got the answers I wanted, Josh went over everything with me and since driving away the car has been the perfect family car. Looking back, I wouldn't change anything about my experience.

So far so good with my Volkswagen Golf. I've driven it every day and I haven't come across any issues yet, fingers crossed it stays like that! I can't remember having any issues while I was making my purchase so I would happily get another car from here. I am happy with mine, though so it won't be any time soon.

Even though I visited V 12 Sports and Classics on a weekend, I still felt very well looked after by Ryan and the whole team. They made enough time to make sure all of my questions were answered before agreeing to take the car. From there on out, the paperwork was quickly filled in and everything was fairly straightforward.

Laura was amazing from the word go! There wasn't any questions left unanswered after my recent visit and it was very good of her to offer us a test drive without us requesting one. After taking the Audi E-Tron out, I was very happy to go ahead with it and one month on, it's been an amazing car.

I left it down to the day before collecting it which one I wanted to drive away but even with this, Robin was able to get it prepped in time for me to collect it, he even went out of his way to valet it so I can't complain. I managed to get a great deal on my Tesla in the end so I'm happy.

Currently I'm still enjoying my Seat Ateca its been a brilliant car for the most part. There was a slight issue at the start where my petrol cap wouldn't open but as soon as I let Christopher know about this, the car was back with him and offered to cover the cost to get it repaired. I even got the car back with a fresh service and a curtesy car for the week they had it back. So because teh issues were sorted without any pushy back, I'm more than happy to give them 5*
