Absolutely no complaints from me. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was very informative and brilliant to deal with. I love my Micra, so I can't complain.

I'm just awaiting a seat trim to arrive that has been placed on back order then my BMW 7 Series will be perfect! I knew the drivers seat was missing this part of teh trim before driving away because Conor made me aware of it, so I'm not complaining. Following on from that he was great from start to finish, he was always up front and honest with me, leaving me with no hidden surprises. I've only driven my BMW a hand full of times but it's been great for the short time I have owned it.

I've got no problem recommending V12 to anyone. I suffer with a disability and every member of the team was very accommodating of this and really took there time to make it a comfortable experience. The main salesman who looked after me was Adnaan, he patiently showed me around 3 cars to make sure it suited my needs perfectly. There was no rush or hard sell throughout and I felt at any point I could walk away. I settled for Mitsubishi Outlander and it's been perfect, it's had a good run out and I've had no issues with it so I'm very happy.

Honestly I couldn't of asked for a better service from anyone at the dealership but especially Shaun! If I could rate him higher than 5 stars, then I would. On the first day of enquiring about the car he was incredibly helpful and made me to feel at ease about the whole process. Once I decided on getting the Mercedes, I noted to Shaun that I would struggle to come and collect it as I wouldn't have a lift down. To my surprise he offered to pick me up on his way even though he lives 12 miles away from me. For that you couldn't ask for a better service! He is a really good chap and I highly recommend asking for him.

No issues it report so far. I'm due to take it on a long drive this weekend so I'll keep an eye on it but for now I'm happy with my Fiesta.

What a great bunch of lads the sales team were at V12 Sports and Classics! They were always on hand to help and couldn't do enough for me on the day when it came to answering all of my questions about the car. I ended up driving away in the Mercedes C-Class after having that and a BMW 2 Series to decide between. I'm happy with my car and how everything went so keep up the good work, lads.

Had a great experience buying a car at V12 from Kieran.S and I would highly recommend asking for him if you have the chance to visit this company. He gave us all the information we needed and helped us get a good deal on the car we wanted the same day. I thought he was really friendly and provided great customer service. The car was parked way at the back of the lot, so I appreciate the effort they made to get it out for me.

My wife and I are really pleased with the Ford Kuga we purchased recently. We've only taken it out a couple of times since buying it, but she's absolutely delighted with the car. Gernell, the salesman who assisted us, was fantastic. He was polite, patient, and took the time to explain all the paperwork thoroughly. Definitely a 5-star experience!
