The Range Rover is fine, I’ve not really driven it to be fair but all’s good. The customer service was good they answered all my questions. Its just another car innit aha, Id give it a five stars overall good experience.

5 Very good customer service

It’s all going well, better than I expected it’s all great! I just needed a new car as my old car was a business car. I was looking for a specific Maserati and there is only two or three in the country and Essex Prestige had one of those fairly low milage so yeah, all good. Very organised, the salesman was very good. San his name was. very good communication a couple times a day. I would give five stars. Also, the delivery was really good.

My Mercedes is lovely! The customer service was ten ten can’t complain haha. Essex Prestige had the car I liked. All good, Five stars!

Car has been sound, not had any issues it just isn't powerful enough for me. But the service from the dealership was spot on all went well, didn't have any problems. Would rate the service a 5 but the car itself I am gonna swap out for a different one just based on personal preference.

The Tesla is perfect, coming to the end of the lease on our car and with the circumstances changing we thought it would be a good time to get a new car. I haven't received the V5 yet, I've had a confirmation email that it has been submitted but just waiting on the DVLA. We went to go pick up the car as its only half an hour round the corner from me. The car was clean all good. Essex Prestige dealt with everything so quickly. Really nice quick and easy. It was perfect customer service.

The Audi is a good car, but there was a couple of things when I discussed with Naz he said that it was setup for satnav but it wasn't, and I had to buy all the activation codes & SD card. I’ve been asking Kelly for the MOT certificate, but I haven't had a response yet. The car is a good car, once I'd seen it, I had a look and everything seemed fine, the issues came after. It’s a decent car just the fact of the customer care as soon as its purchased.

Essex Prestige had the Ford that we liked, everything is going great. Very good customer service, I will say that when I called it seemed really busy and you could hear other conversations in the background and stopping the conversation to talk. Other than that no problems, the gentleman that we dealt with he was excellent.
