I bought from LMC as they were the only dealership that had the car I wanted at the right price. I came across them online and they were persistent in calling me back. When I purchased the car there was a gap in the service history but they provided me with a certificate to show that it had been done. I would have given a higher rating if the service history was up to date and the certificate didn’t have spelling mistakes. However. they were willing to negotiate on the price which was good and took my car in as a trade in. The sale guys was nice.

The Q4 is all good, I’m enjoying it. I had an A5 previously and wanted to try electric. It was a decent price, the car is lovely. It suits my needs as I charge at home and at work. I saw the car on Autotrader and I don’t live far so it was easy for me to go there and have a look. Better explanation of their financial options would have made it a five star. However, process was quick, easy buy. Good team.

Purchased from LMC before and had no problems with them so I thought id go again. Mohammads service there was trustworthy, really helpful and professional.

5. They were friendly and efficient. Car was just what I was after and so far all good

They were all very helpful at LMC cars and had no issues on the day I came to buy the car. It was smooth and easy. I also thought MG was the best offer in terms of mileage and price.

My son brought from LMC before and he was very happy with the service. I thought it was a friendly process without being overly pushy. I do think there were 2 aspects of the aftersales service could be improved on for future clients. However, the salesman was a good listener which I respected.

I was looking for a jeep renegade, and I phoned LMC up and they were quite helpful so that’s why I went with them. The person who dealt with us was a nice young lad; it was the staff really that stood out in our experience. I wasn’t expecting the range of cars offered, I would use them again!

Everything was perfect! I am just still waiting on a replacement for my wing mirror and LMC said they will send me one, but I never got it. My breaks also make a weird noise, but they did say to me that they are new so that may be why it makes the noise. Everything else was perfect, the customer service was really good five stars!

My experiences with LMC I give it a 5, mind you I went with my children and they don’t stay still but LMC team were very accommodating towards my children. Mo is the one who sold the car to me, his customer service was definitely a 5, I will definitely be recommending my friends and everyone else to buy a car with LMC Essex Branch, there excellent at what they do.
