Couldn't have been more helpful to be fair, staff were great, they came and met me at they train station and I drove back which was appreciated. Whole process went quickly, there wasn't any pushiness to purchase extras and all that stuff. Just honest and helpful staff who provided spot on service.

All went smoothly without any problems, took the vehicle for a test drive, was able to get long enough in it without feeling rushed. Pleased with the vehicle not had any problems with it so far and use it daily.

Staff were all really friendly and nice to speak to, very helpful and you could tell they were wanting to do the best they could. A great team at Samy's. The actual dealership was well presented, well kept, all the cars looked in good condition. There was some waiting around and the process did take a little longer than expected, however I can't fault the guys or dealership, giving them 5 stars.

Everything has been going well so far with the Nissan I got. Naz who was my main point 0of contact throughout was really professional and helpful. But all the staff did come across as friendly and willing to help with anything. Communication from start to finish was on point, I would definitely consider buying a car from here again in the future if they had something I was looking for.

Having recently purchased an Isuzu D-Max, it was my first time buying from Samys. My overall experience was great, and I would give 5 stars. Although if there was anything they could improve on, it would be the communication leading up to the purchase, as I had to check a few times to see if the finance had settled. Once it was settled, they brought me the vehicle within hours, which is why I would still give it 5 stars.
