All ok. The car came with a towbar package but didn't have the european socket but Tesla replaced it for free. It was a really easy purchase, really straight forward. They forgot to give us the CCS adaptor for charging but once we let them know they sent it straight out. The salesmen were absolutely perfect, they let me view the car in my own time without any pressure which was great.

Everything so far has been ok with the car. The customer service at Andrew James Cars Ltd was quick and efficient. The sales guys were really helpful in terms of the service, and they even stayed open late when I was collecting the car.

I have to say, we're seriously impressed by the service we received from Andrew James Cars recently. We found them on Auto Trader and arranged to pop in and see the car, including taking it for a test drive. The guys were great from the get-go and weren't at all pushy. We were particularly impressed that we received the same level of service as those buying much higher-priced vehicles. Our Mini Convertible was lovely and clean on collection, and the included warranty gives us a bit more peace of mind. A great experience overall.
