The Volkswagen is good. The logbook came today but I am just waiting on the centre hubs to be delivered as I called up, and they said they are being delivered but haven't come yet. I’ve had a Volkswagen before and it’s a handy vehicle, so I got it again. The only thing they could’ve done was prepare the car before I got there, when I got there the car wasn't ready so I had to go home, that said they did deliver next day.

I've been driving the Tesla for a few weeks and its fine. I did call up a couple of days after to ask about the mileage the car was doing and I was told I would hear back, but unfortauntly I never heard anything. I had to charge it for 25 minutes when I drove to London, but around town its perfect, charging it at home is cheaper! To be honest I got my last car off them and everything was perfect, this time around the customer service was okay but could of been a little better. As when I got there the car wasn't ready and they had to do some work on it, so the aftercare could've also been a little better - other than that the car has perfect to be fair.

Kelly was absolutely amazing first ever car I've purchased,
I was so excited must of rang her at least 20 times nothing was ever a problem with all the questions I asked,
I couldn't ask for anything else from her amazing lady!
I'll be returning same time next year once I've got my first years no claims

I’d give my experience with the sales team 4 stars, they were spot on throughout the buying process, but the after-sales needs some work, as I did have some trouble with an issue after purchasing the car.
