I did have a service light come on soon after having the car, so I have to pay to get a service done. Apart from that I am pleased with the car. I dealt with a young lad, he was really helpful and I was happy with his service. He was professional and friendly so I can't fault his service.

The reason I went to Junction 17 is that I wanted to go somewhere I could trust, and I was 100% satisfied with that. The paperwork was straightforward and the process was great. The only thing stopping me from giving full marks was that I had hoped for a bit more detail about the Ford Mustang, but other than that, I am absolutely loving the Ford.

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I took my little one and they let him sit in all the cars, which he loved. They were really good with him, and the Ford Focus ST is brilliant. It is quick and I am really enjoying it.

This was my first time going from a Volkswagen hatchback to a Toyota Gt86 (coupe) but it's going really good, it's a nice car. As I've not had one before, I had a lot of questions, all of which I felt were answered. After seeing some reviews, I did notice a few that said after they've reserved the car they were told it's sold but I reserved it and got it with no problems. Nothing went wrong and I'd say it was a smooth process. I am just waiting to receive my V5C, which is the only thing I'm outstanding.

The car has been absolutely brilliant. It only come with a months MOT so need to get it booked in but it was included in the price on the day. The team was really helpful and informative, explaining everything clearly. That gave me the confidence to drive away the very same day, and I couldn’t be happier with the process was.

Since I had my last car stolen I was in need of a car quick and it was a case of finding a car, seeing if me and the Mr's liked, then getting it quickly. The customer service was spot on, I thought it was a straight forward process because everyone were easy going and it was a quick service. There is just a couple of things that I'm still waiting for, which are out of the hands of Junction 17 as I haven't got my V5 and I did arrange to have a ghost tracker fitted, but haven't heard anything.
