The experience has been good, everything went as it should on the day. The fella who handled the sale was a really nice bloke, very professional, and made the whole process a good one. A warning light has just popped up on the car, but I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about, but ill leave Junction 17 know. Other than that, everything is running well.

This was my first time using Junction 17, I found them through Autotrader and I'd happily buy from there again. I can't remember the salesman's name I dealt with but he was really good. I'd give them 5 stars.

The car took us to Junction 17, and although they were quite busy on the day, which made things take a little longer than expected, they had a great variety of cars in stock. The test drive went well, and the car itself has been excellent with no problems to report. If I saw another car there in the future, I’d be happy to buy from them again.

If I’m being completely honest there were a couple of issues with the vehicle initially, but to be fair, Junction 17 has been on the ball in getting them resolved. I travelled quite a distance to collect the car so it was a little disappointing it hadn’t been valeted to the standard I expected, and the wing mirrors didn’t appear to match the ST model. That said ...I’ve submitted my invoice to the dealership and they’ve agreed to reimburse the costs to get this sorted. Other than that the vehicle itself's been absolutely fine so I can’t complain too much.

We’re pleased to hear that although there were a couple of initial issues with the vehicle, the team has been able to get these resolved promptly for you. That’s exactly what we aim to do when anything isn’t quite right.
We’re sorry to hear the vehicle wasn’t fully valeted to the standard you expected on collection and that the wing mirrors didn’t appear as expected for the ST model. We completely understand your disappointment, especially given the distance you travelled to collect the car.

I love the car, the process was very straightforward and easy. I rang on the Friday enquiring about it, and the deal was done by the Sunday. I dealt with Bailey - any questions I had he answers for. I'll give them 5 stars, there's no improvements I can think of.

Happy with the car, no issues. I've done a fair bit driving and it has been nice and smooth. The staff were friendly and various things kept happening so I had to put off buying the vehicle for 2 weeks, but they were very patient.
