I've wanted the BMW i4 for years. We already had a Mercedes EQB and a Honda Civic. I rang Mo on the Tuesday to show my interest and told him I wanted to part-exchange the Honda Civic. He went away and spoke to his manager. We agreed on a price. I drove down to Essex from Wales. When I got there, the car was ready, and the paperwork was straightforward, and it was probably the best experience I have had buying a car. When I upgrade in the future, I will drive the 3 hours again to get another car from LMC.

On the day of purchase I was happy with the service, and Yousef was great he helped me throughout the process, as I am not up to date with technology. Everyone was pleasant, and they had a great showroom and a good selection of cars. I took the car back to have the boot fixed a couple of days ago, and credit to them for fixing it. A bit of feedback I would give is that there should be a separate room for people waiting for work to be completed after the purchase and people buying cars. I was also expecting more paperwork than I received. I am currently in the process of trying to contact Yousef but will ring up the dealership over the coming days. But overall I'd give it 4 stars, as I thought the service carried on after the purchase as well.

All good with the Hyundai Santa Fe and the service, if they have any more of the plug-in Hyundai Santa Fe available, I am interested in buying another one.

I dealt with John from start to finish, he let me know where everything was and helped me the paperwork, everything was brilliant. I managed to take the car for a test drive while I was there and didn't feel rushed at all. The car has been lovely since purchase I am pleased with it. I had never been to LMC before but I have already sent 2 people to the dealership since. I would also use them again hopefully not anytime soon as I am hoping to get some time out of this car first.

LMC offered the Tesla model 3 which had an interior we couldn’t find anywhere else so that is what attracted us. They have plenty of cars which is nice and it’s a friendly atmosphere.

The car I got is lovely and my experience at the dealership was brilliant, couldn't fault it. The general service was great, I actually felt like a customer rather than another sale. There was no pushiness. I found the staff I deal with to be helpful. Everything was ready when they said it would be ready, 5 out of 5!

I dealt with the guy who sold me the car, and he helped me through everything, I did have a small issue, but LMC took it back in and fixed it for me and was brilliant. Their customer service was good, brilliant actually. Just very helpful, responsive and a good experience five stars!

I have bought three cars from LMC now their customer service every time I have no problems with them at all. It was fantastic! I knew what I wanted so I had a look on their website. Five stars 😊

I came down to LMC and had a look at another car, and the salesman went out of his way to find another car for me and got it cleaned up for me. There were some small issues but I have sorted them all out now, other than that it has been a straightforward and I felt looked after. no hidden problems the car is running quite well. The people were nice and it was a warm pleasant experience just only small things.

The CHR is great we love it! my experience the whole way through was very good. Their customer service was good as well. They had the car we were looking for and that was it! The guy that sold it to us was very good also, always contacting me when an update was needed. Five stars
