The car is running perfectly and it’s all fine at the moment, I needed to travel further and my old car wasn't reliable enough so I got the Focus for peace of mind. When I was looking I went on Autotrader and realised that out of all the cars I liked half of them were at Ponko, so it was a good range of cars and the Focus was ideal. Customer service was very good, there was a bloke there helping out with coffees and got chatting about football, to be honest in general a good experience.

5 the experience of buying a car from you was clear and smooth and the Car has behaved exactly as it should and it has been used almost almost every day and I would recommend you to anybody that I know who was looking for a car very professional.

No issues with the Polo. The experience with Ponko was all perfectly fine. I saw the car on Autotrader and went through the whole process with them. I dealt with Kye, his customer was good, him and all the staff were very friendly as well. I'd give them a 5.

Everything is good now I am happy with the car, originally there was some problems and it took a few weeks to get sorted, but now everything is running out. The service was good in the end I felt there was a bit of pushiness and confusion in the beginning but we got there in the end and that is why I would give a 4 out of 5.

So far so good with the Nissan Qashqai, I think it was Phillip we dealt with on the day he was very good. Assuming they had the model we were looking for, we would use them again. Full marks from me.

We bought the car for my niece, and I know she is loving it. We both went to the dealership, and what stood out was how polite, friendly and helpful everyone was, as well as the nice scenery. Based on that, I'd recommend it to others who are looking to buy a car. We did have to wait a while when we went to collect it, but other than that, all is good, and it was a 4-star experience.

5 car is very comfortable for my father and fits his mobility aid in perfectly I'm very happy with the car and the ease of purchase and delivery was excellent and the customer service throughout was impeccable
