Overall, the experience was very positive. I thought that Conker maintained good communication. They answered all my questions, and I had quite a few questions because I did it remotely. It's going really good with the car I bought from Ponko. I was looking for a little while on Autotrader and then the car came up on Google. They seemed a nice place and their reviews looked good. My purchase went smooth and well. I got the 1yr warranty aswell, everything’s great. Jack was very helpful, informative. Only thing was we didn’t get discount but its fine. It was a quick process. Saw them on Autorader and read their Trustpilot reviews and they seemed good. I felt confident because they are a bigger dealership and they have the garages and checks of the cars before sale which is quite reassuring.
