Was very worried buying a used car - I know nothing about cars! Found this garage so helpful and in particular, David, who explained everything. He was helpful but not pushy and I could not be happier with my car. Since buying it, I have been into the garage a few times with queries and David has gone over and above to help me. Do not buy a car from these charlatans! They will sell you a car with faults and fix the bare minimum to get an MOT, SHOCKING! I worked as a mechanic for many years and left because of charlatans, who put profit over people, like this company obviously do. Do not listen to there replies to all of the negative reviews as they're just more lies! They must get their MOT's done on the cheap because of the quantity! This has now cost us a lot of money to fix, what should of been fixed by them in the first place at a minimal cost. This was not a cheap used car, it was £13,000 They're great at making you feel like you are a valid customer, that's easy 99.9% of business have do do that or would you buy from them?but if you have a fault, that they should of fixed in the first place, they fob you off with lies, dishonesty. How can a company treat other humans like this! How do they sleep at night! Profit first customer service last 😔

I bought a Nissan Micra Teckna approximately 2 - 3 months ago. Drove up from Guildford as wanted this particular model, 4 doors, keyless ignition and entry, etc, etc, Wondered what I was doing driving the distance up there but glad I did for this particular model as seen on the Internet at Bushey Hill garage. Tony was my salesman. I was left to drive the car on a small test drive by myself and there was no pushing to hard sale the vehicle - the car was left to sell itself to me. Sales: Absolutely no pressure. Very easy going yet efficient sales staff. Even looked after our puppy when we went for test drives. All their stock was high quality and our car was well prepared when we went to pick it up. All chips and scratches gone. After Sales Service: Unfortunately we did find a noise at high speed when we left the showroom and got up to 50mph for the first time. However the service staff pulled out all the stops to find and fix it. I think they swapped a few parts before they found where the noise was coming from. Buy from this dealer with confidence, no pressure sales, high quality cars and if something should turn up to be wrong they will fix it. That was our experience anyway but i got the impression they'd do that for all their customers.
