I as looking for an XC40 as I was after a smaller SUV and I saw one listed by Balham cars in London. My experience with Charlie was really good, they were very good.

I’m getting on brilliantly with the Aygo. I pass by Balham’s lot every day, so I just keep an eye out for what’s on their forecourt. I saw a lot of reviews suggesting that the Aygo’s have enjoy a good reputation and it just happened to be the sort of car I was looking for. John was great, I can say nothing bad about him, it was all positives. They just made the whole process easy and pleasant. I’m considering buying another car from them soon!

The Mondeo has been great, I’ve not been able to drive it much due to holidays but the initial drive was great. We were shopping around for my first car and my partner’s dad took me to Balham Cars as his grandad used to own it back in the day. We went to look at a Mercedes A-class however John recommended the Mondeo. He was fantastic, absolutely amazing, super filling and very helpful. He really knew his stuff and the Mondeo recommendation was spot on.

I’ve travelled from the south border of Norfolk to south London specifically for the Mercedes B-Class Designo as it was exactly what we were after, beige leather, black paint, and had the factory extras. John was brilliant, we loved John and ha a good good chat with him. There were other people interested in the car however John kept to his words and save it for us to see first before showing it to other people.

The initial service was good brought the vehicle one home noticed the side indicator lens and window wipers were worn as rubber hanging of called and informed the sales person he said you brought it that way so it's down to you to fix and hung up

The RCZ is doing well, the experience was good and the guy who sold it was nice. I saw the RCZ online, test drove it and like how it drove. I can’t remember the sales person’s name but he was upfront and honest.

The Qashqai is a lovely car, me and my partner were looking for something bigger as we’re having a second child. My other half did most of the sales stuff but the experience was quite easy. There was some scrapes and scratches we didn’t notice on the pictures on the car when we arrived. The salesperson we dealt with was quite good
