It was very quick because when they got the car in and we actually saw it straightaway. I think it was delivered to them that day, so everything happened really quickly because they had to put MOT on it, then it was delivered to us. I have had no problems, but the little things I did have queries about Jason got sorted, we were crossing over for about a week about some bits. We are completely happy with everything, Jason was brilliant he gets top marks - Just wish I knew about him sooner!

The Jeep renegade is a nippy little thing and faster than our last car. We haven’t used it much yet as we had a bit of a delay with the V5 to register it. That said this is our second car from Berkshire Jeeps and Jags and Jason even remembered me from when I bought my Grand Cherokee 4 years ago, which was phenomenal! I saw the car online, did a deal over the phone and Jason brought the car down to Cornwall for us. Everything with Jason is always straightforward because if there is anything wrong, he sorts it, easy peasy.

No problems with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Berkshire Jeeps and Jags had the vehicle I wanted, and they seemed more reliable than the other dealer that had one. When I went down to look at it, they were pleasant, helpful and honest. I dealt with the owner and then his daughter delivered it for me, everything was absolutely fine.

My experience with Berkshire Jeeps and Jags was great. There was a problem with the brake calliper, but the warranty covers me to get it fixed at a garage local to me. I dealt with Jason on the day, he was a good straightforward guy and happy to help us out.

You buy based on the vehicle but also based on the seller Berkshire Jeeps and Jags were very accommodating and feel they went the extra mile. I would add that the used car market can be difficult to navigate and transparency goes a long way to ease that anxiety.

Liking the look of the Ford Ecosport I started to do some research looking on in the internet at countless cars all over the UK building up my knowledge. Looking at a few in the flesh at Ford dealerships it was the ST Line that caught my eye. By chance whilst looking on the web I came across Jeeps and Jags and found, based on the photos just what I was looking for so arranged to see her. 5 or so minutes looking at her and chatting to Jason I agreed to buy her (I'm one to trust my instincts). All in all a great car in great condition together with all records, bought at a fair price. Recommended 5*****
