All good with the Range Rover I bought, Its comfortable. I've used them before. The location is handy and the vehicles they have on the showroom are good and presented to high standard. Benny was quite helpful. Process was quite quick when buying. Would possibly go back in the future.

First time I’ve been to a dealership who let me take the car out for a test drive on my own, I liked that. I’m waiting for Junction 17 to get the 2nd key to be initiated but apart from that my experience was alright. Leo dealt with me, quick process to collection. Traded in my other car and got better price than elsewhere.

We knew what we wanted so just looked around Junction 17 and they had the car. We had to wait half hour on collection but It was the weekend and because they were busy it felt like we were waiting around. I felt confident to buy as the vehicle was in a very good condition and the price was reasonable. In general the staff were polite and helpful,

I love the Audi I bought. Junction 17 are really good. Everything went well on the day. It was quick and fast. I had an issue with the front spoiler on the way home but its not a problem. Staff were friendly, nice guys. James was very good.

Getting on good with the Volkswagen Taigo. When I bought it I was supposed to get a service so I need to sort it direct with the dealership. However, it was a good experience, fairly standard, quick process done in same day. Did some research beforehand so knew what I wanted. I feel they are a good dealership.

I love my new Tiguan. I was at another dealership but the car wasn’t right so I went to Junction 17 to see what they got and they had the car I wanted. Car drives alright, does what I need it to do. Everything was explained apart from the settlement process due on my car. We were well looked after, offered tea and coffee, couldn’t faulty the customer service. Facilities available, site was clean, staff were friendly and helpful enough. I like the old school way of dealing with things, shirt and tie and they presented themselves really well. No bad vibes about the place.

Im happy with the Mercedes, it just needs a little checkup with the dealership but apart from that cars ok. I saw it online and it was the specific car I was looking for, took it for a test drive, sorted it there and then. The staff were good as gold.
