The vehicle that I wanted to buy went into PDI and a fault was found, over the next week the team at Junction 17 Grantham worked hard to find a suitable replacement, hats off to Charlie for finding the right vehicle and working late to get the PDI and MOT done. Getting on excellently with my new Range Rover Sport, the buying experience at Junction 17 was all good, I'd definitely recommend it to others. 5 out of 5.

Overall it was a very good experience from booking a appointment to viewing the car.the salesman Tom was very polite, knowledgeable and importantly not pushey.The only Downside of the purchase was when I opened the bonnet and found the engine apartment absolutely filthy. Would easily have been a 5 plus if it wasn't for the engine compartment. overall a great great garage to deal with,very pleased with the car.

The guys have been nothing but great at Junction 17. There was never any pressure on the sale from them, if anything I was the one putting pressure on haha! I had an engine management light come on, less than 12 hours after purchase, I drove back to the dealership and they have sorted it for me almost immediately which I am very thankful about. There was no hassle, they found the issue and solved it and since then the light hasn't come back on and no other problems have occured. I am very happy with my car and how the guys dealt with everything so I would give them a 5 out of 5!

The ford transit I purchased from junction 17 is more bigger then the old van I had so it’s been more ideal for my needs. I was impressed with how nice the show room was, overall, they were okay.

I love the mustang. The window keeps going down so I am having a problem with that. Apart from that, I quite liked how I could test drive the car without anyone there so there was no pressure throughout the experience.

Umesh was absolutely superb and a real credit to the team. Although I waited a little longer than hoped, it was clear how busy they were, and the service remained attentive and professional throughout. Being trusted to test drive the vehicle alone was a fantastic touch. The £2,000 excess felt slightly high, though I appreciate the reasoning behind it. The vehicle changeover was impressively efficient, with five days’ drive-away insurance and seamless online transfer making everything effortless. Every member of staff was polite, helpful and refreshingly pressure-free. A truly delightful experience – I will certainly be returning. Junction 17 is outstanding.

The BMW is okay, I share it with my husband, and he is very happy with it. The customer service was okay, they answered all my questions. We do have to come back for corrections that I wasn’t happy with but it’s being fixed. Five stars 😊
