I love the Infiniti Q50. It’s really smooth, really clean, and, for the price point, I feel it’s a lot more car for the money compared with others I’d looked at. The dealership was great, and the guy I dealt with was very professional, helpful and nice. He helped me through a couple of issues with the apps and was very understanding when I initially had very little time to view the car. They refurbished the scuffed alloys and highlighted any imperfections rather than trying to hide them, which I thought was very open and honest. I was able to put a deposit down and was told it was refundable if I didn’t like the vehicle after the test drive. When I went back, they helped me through all the paperwork. It’s probably one of the easiest purchases I’ve had from a dealership before.

I’ve had the Mercedes for about three or four weeks now and it’s been fine. I had a bit of a blip at first when a warning light came on just after I’d driven the car away, but it was sorted out pretty much straight away. I’ve got no problems about that and the aftercare was excellent.

They kept me updated to let me know when the car was ready and when I got there everything was talked through with me. This was the first car I’ve had from them and I had a good experience, so I don’t see why they shouldn’t be recommended. They also sorted all the tax for me before I left, which I thought was good and gave me reassurance that the car was taxed before I drove away.

My experience with PR7 Car Company was very good and very quick, but in a good way. The only thing I’d mention is the messaging, as sometimes there was a bit of a delayed response to certain things. Apart from that, everything was fine and I was very happy with the experience.
