No issues. I put a lot of miles on my previous car I purchased from V12, and it was time for a change, so I purchased the Nissan Juke. It’s my 4th car from now and the service has always been good. They were all very professional with 0 issues. The only thing I would say, I don’t think the warrantee is not needed which I don’t think is bad, just constructive criticism.

Just passing through and I saw the AUDI A3 online, it stood out for me. The car was as described, everybody there was kind and generous.

Id give my experience a solid 4-star rating. Liams service was pretty good, I did have to wait for some time which was inconvenient but otherwise, it was seamless. Overall, doing as dealed.

It was a brilliant experience with V12 sports and classics, I have been to plenty of dealerships, and they couldn’t have done any more for us. They it simple.

I wanted the polestar, so I was looking around for the highest spec version for the lowest price that seemed to be in pretty good nick. For that reason, I went with V12 as they had the best stack. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of everybody there, extremely low pressure. There were the obvious parts of trying to add parts onto the package but with just one refusal, they stopped pushing which is really important to me. I honestly feel like if I was to get another vehicle again, I would go to v12 because of the low pressure.

Quick service. I did appreciate how I could drive away the same day with the car. I would give my experience a 3-star rating however because I did think the sales guy would be a bit too pushy at times.

I had enough with my old car, so I went to v12 sports and classics which was local to me, so it made sense to go for them. The service was mostly pre-standard, and everything was fine, no problems.

I would give my experience with v12 sports and classics a 5 plus! All the staff were very friendly and helpful which I appreciated. I have had a few issues with the battery, but I did address that to v12 Wolverhampton.

A couple guys from work brought from v12 from there before and when I was looking for a car, the tesla came up for a fair price for the mileage. Richard, there helped me managed to find the vehicle within my price range which I did appreciate. Overall, I would give it a 4.5 because I did have to wait for some time whilst the car was being prepared.

I bought a car back in January from V12 Wolverhampton and upon the test drive a warning light came up on the dash, and we were generally happy with the car but said before purchase we want the light fixing. So the salesman said a) when he’d put the car back to park it was no longer there b) it would be looked at in the garage. Then the next day we went to pick it up it was confirmed the light was fixed and it would NOT come back on. Anyway , not even 5 minutes down the road the message came up paired with the engine light. So we went through the warranty company which is still an ongoing ordeal and two weeks of owning the car the clutch failed so now also going through the warranty through that. Just overall an extremely disappointing experience with no help from the garage themselves as they seem almost impossible to reach unless they need something from you. Will not be returning and not recommending to anyone, as had nothing but problems.
