The salesman at V12 has shown me everything and discussed it with me as well, they were really helpful. My Q3 and the experience with V12 Worksop has been fantastic. Everything is okay except to the problem with it on the motorway as there’s something to do with the steering wheel and the chip in the windscreen. I’ve spoken to V12 and they told me to get the car booked in with them.

The fiance was agreed before the trip to Worksop and then delt with very professionally by onsite sales.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a car from you over the Easter weekend; however, the vehicle did not come with a V5C document.  I have a private registration plate that I would like to transfer onto my new vehicle, but I am unable to proceed without the V5C. I contacted the DVLA this weekend and was advised that the document has not yet been processed or received. I also spoke with a member of your team, who mentioned that V5C applications are only submitted once a month. I find this difficult to understand, and if correct, it is quite concerning. Unfortunately, the after-sales service so far has not been a very positive experience. Could you please confirm when I can expect to receive the V5C, or when the application was submitted? My experience with V12 Worksop was really good. I did have bit of an issue where the windscreen wiper popped off right after driving it out the dealership. The VW ID.3 caught my eye when I was looking around online as it was the best priced one on Autotrader

I recently visited the dealership to purchase a car and worked with Gernell. He was very professional and approachable throughout, making the process straightforward. During the test drive, he provided clear information and took time to address my questions, which helped me feel confident in my decision. What stood out most was how genuine he was—our conversation felt natural, not focused solely on the sale, which I appreciated. The experience went smoothly, and I’m really pleased with my new car. I’ve been to v12 a few times now I’ve bought three cars from them, possibly looking at making that 4 soon. They always seem to have what I need hahaha! The person doing the handoff was good, the whole process was smooth. They were was good with the kids and stuff, and overall were friendly.

The showroom staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They also weren't pushy. There was plenty of time to look over the vehicle before the test drive which went well, although I felt it could have been a little longer to get a proper feel for the car. Negotiations over the part exchange were handled efficiently and resulted in an agreeable price. The handover also went well and time was allowed to remove everything from the old car into the new one. Overall, very satisfied. However once we arrived home I discovered that the valetting could have been better, as while the outside looked clean, under the bonnet and round the door closures were covered with what looked like a thick layer of lime dust, possibly the car had been through a deep, lime filled puddle and been sprayed with it. This should have been checked and cleaned properly before handover. Also it took some time to discover how to re-initialise the software for a new owner: this also should have been done before handover. The average, non-technical person would definitely have struggled with this. Other than those two points I was happy with the process and would consider dealing with V12 another time.

The Jag I-pace has been alright, I’ve decided to try and go with an electric for a change as I’ve had the XF previously. There car was delivered to me with a slow puncture in one of the tires, I’ve sorted it myself as for £18 it wasn’t worth the hassle. I came across the car online and found it reasonably priced compared to other places.

Jon was good, he was really informative, helpful and he knew what he was doing. When I picked the car up there was an issue with one of the alloys, I emailed the dealership, and, unfortunately, they gave me the wrong day to drive down to Worksop. So turned up and was turned away, essentially. On the second occasion when I came down the person that does the alloy wheel refurbs compressor went bust. Other than that the majority of the experience was absolutely fine. When I was searching around for a Mercedes GLB, V12 had the exact one I was looking for that ticket all the boxes.

We are getting on good with the X1, Kye was good and the overall experience was good. It did take a bit of time for the paperwork to get sorted for the car. We went with the X1 from V12 as it was a good deal.
