Absolutely fantastic. Really good experience, the guys know their stuff. I got a fair price for my trade in and the Bentley was ready for collection on time. It was immaculate and as described. Nothing was too much trouble. Tim was lovely, a really nice guy who knew the car and helped sort the plate transfer. I didn’t find them pushy or cheesy and I felt comfortable, reassured and not pressured 100 % would recommend and return in the future.

Process was very good, no problems. I’d seen a car local to me but the dealers service was abysmal so I called Westbourne Professional. They had the right car for me even though it was a distance away. I spoke to them and wanted to make sure it was clean and tidy before I went down. They did a walk around video, answered all my queries, serviced and mot’d the car. My experience was very good. They were going to sort out the tax and get a refund which didn’t happen but I can't fault them anyway, no problems with the car whatsoever. They were no hassle at all.

Service was good. I saw the van on the internet and bought it that day. There was a Jack missing and they ordered it to arrive that afternoon. I can't remember his name but the salesman was good, he sorted everything out for us. We did a part exchange, they were good.

I was looking for a long wheel base transporter and found one I liked at Westbourne. I’m really enjoying it. Everything was good with the dealership. All done quickly and sorted out so fast and professionally. I’ve already recommended them.

My new Ford S-Max has been grand. I was looking specifically for one online when I found the one advertised at Westbourne Professional. The service at the dealership was really good. I dealt with Josh and Will, and they were both really helpful. I'd rate my experience 4 out of 5. The only thing was the environment , It’s quite cramped, so you can’t really walk around or look at the vehicles properly until they move them out. That said, the showroom inside is great, and that’s not down to the staff. Would definitely recommend them.

Everything was excellent - the internal details /wasn't quite as immaculate as i'd hoped - had to check a few details and the car was pretty dirty outside (partly due to the weather) cant fault the deal though- happy with fair price. like i said you could improve by assessing /recording minor defects so that remote buyers expectations are set as you cant see them in pictures. But I'm happy with the purchase and would have still gone ahead

From the initial inquiry to completing the purchase, it was a smooth process. Will was helpful with helping with my enquiries. When I travelled down to Westbourne professional the car was in excellent condition and was exactly as described and shown on the videos. I've had the car for 6 weeks, and it is running smoothly with no issues. The customer service was responsive and helpful.

No issues with the transporter since the purchase, it drives well. What stood out at the dealership was how nice the atmosphere was. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others.
