I recently purchased a car from A1 Ortos, I handled the majority of the sale over the phone as I am not too local to Oldham. Once I got there I was greeted with a hot drink as it was cold and wet outside I was extremely grateful! The car I had purchased (Tiguan) was looking absolutely fantastic and my sales rep at the time was so helpful and very patient as I can be quite fussy. I will be going back in the future!

This is my 2nd car now purchased from A1 Ortos. Fantastic dealership, super friendly staff and never had any problems with them! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to buy a new car

Been here 6 times and won’t go anywhere else, sells amazing cars, does the job right!

Wanted to buy a Bentley narrowed it down to 2 cars. Spent 2 hours at the garage. Would not allow me a test drive without committing to a deal. They twist the truth and are not a trustworthy garage . How can I comitt to a 60k purchase without a test drive?. Manager stated company policy however I believe this is just a l pushy sales tactic. Lost my business

Bought myself a Range Rover, unbelievable value for money in the current market, travelled from Portsmouth and I was not disappointed!!

Simply the best dealership around the the north of the country. I have been to many different showrooms and having a soft spot for sports cars have spent my money at different places over the years, that’s now gone after my last 3 cars from A1 being absolutely impeccable I have a 1 stop shop for all my needs!! What a selection of cars too!! Give yourself a treat and at least visit them, if you’re on the fence I would advise buy it!!! These guys are the best! 10/10!!

**Please do not make the same mistake I did by using this garage** Viewing arranged by contacting Darren in the sales team. He was initially very friendly and promised to sort some minor cosmetic issues with the car prior to collection later that week. Upon arriving to collect the car, Darren was reluctant to show us the vehicle and kept reiterating that we would miss our finance slot if we didn't hurry up and sign the paperwork. When viewing the car, it became evident why!! None of the work had been carried out and there was also a dispute with the mileage being different to advertised. A service was also promised which I later found out did not take place. (£250 compensation was received for this). It wasn't until after this work had been rectified and I was about to drive the vehicle away that I asked if the second key was in the service pack. Darren admitted to there only being 1 key but promised to send the 2nd key in the post (which never happened). 1 year on and still no offer of a resolution from A1 Ortos. The main issues have now been paid for/ compensation offered via the financial ombudsman team. All in all their pushy staff offer no customer service skills post sale. If all their sales team act in this way, I am not sure how the garage is still open!! Please do your research before visiting as the reviews on their website are written by the staff themselves.

My experience at A1 Ortos Ltd could have been better because the sales colleague (Dan) made promises he didn’t deliver, there was damage to the front spliter and wheel caps which he told me would be changed and replaced with new. On the day I was travelling down to pick up my new car which is 2 hours drive from where I live. I got a call from Dan saying there’s been an issue with my spliter and they had changed it with a new one but it didn’t look right so they have put the old damaged one back on (meaning they haven’t bothered getting one) this was disappointing. When I got there my car was in the show room ready to look over. Same spliter as told by Dan and the same wheel caps which I pointed out 2 weeks prior when I first raised as an issue. Then told the caps were being delivered from Mercedes and they will be posted out in a couple of days. Not a deal breaker as the car looked pristine other than the for mentioned issues. I also paid £299 for the 6 month warranty which again was told by Dan I will get an email with the info in the next few days. After 24 hrs the parking brake failed. I called Dan the following day and to save going on I was chasing my warrant and wheel caps for 4 weeks after continuously being fobbed off by Dan telling me he’ll sort it but never did. After calling today (nearly 5 weeks after chasing for things to get sorted) I spoke to a guy called Tom who sorted everything within 30 mins, so thank you. Not the best experience.

I cannot stress enough to go down and see these guys! Form your own opinion I am so glad I did, such a refreshing experience, cars are phenomenal and staff are second to none! Can't recommend them highly enough, GO SEE THEM!
