Appalling service. Lying through their teeth and not sticking to their promises. Avoid at any cost. Having to recover monies through the bank.

Luke made the whole process of buying and picking up my new Mercedes an absolute pleasure and breeze from start to finish.

After two weeks and speaking to several members of the dealer ship, ringing, being passed from one person to another, 3 promised calls back, by 3 different people, we were glad that we didn’t end buying a car from them as if this is how they rest you when your trying to buy a car from them, what would happen if something went wrong!

Avoid avoid avoid !!! Ours experience has being horrendous with this company. I have read bad reviews on here and mostly comes under the name of Jay, I believe company gives him to sell only cars with faults so they can later blame Jay for mis-selling. The 3 month warranty doesn’t exist with them , this is just a brain washing. When you inspect the car make sure you start the car yourself not the agent . We came back home to Scotland with our new car from this garage on the trailer , the next day didn’t even started. So many calls and emails to this company , even a letter to the main owner and director , they just ignored us . Until one day my partner left review. They phoned him the same day and asked to remove review. This company is worse by far. I would like to point one more thing in here. The payment. Firstly what they do is requesting people to pay by internet banking in the store. I have never done it before so find it a bit difficult , but that’s not the point . Legally you are loosing all rights as a buyer. You can’t do nothing except go to court if something goes wrong with the car. From my experience don’t waste your money or time with this garage.

Travelled 260 miles to purchase a car from A1 Ortos and we were pleasantly surprised. Dilan was very friendly, professional, he even went the extra mile to sort everything out for us, Infact he was very helpful. The overall service was great, staff friendly the car was clean and performing excellently so far. I will highly recommend A1 Ortos. Dilan you are a real asset to A1 Ortos keep up the good work. collected my Jaguar XE S from Darren last week and I couldnt of been happier. The car was as described and in excellent condition and very well pressented when I arrieved. Everything was done over the phone and he even sent me a video of the car to help me decide. Dilan made me a lovely coffee while I waited for the finance to payout. Darren helped me set up the app for the car and paired my phone for me too. overall I couldnt reccomend them enough and if you want a Jaguar speak to Darren he is very knows them very well.
