After searching the Internet for a couple weeks for a new van and visited numerous commercial vehicle dealers in Essex and surrounding areas I came across a company access commercials After looking around I spoke to John the salesman I felt totally at ease with John no pressure he showed me several vehicles I purchased a Ford transit custom I just like to say thank you and I would highly recommend access commercials to my friends And family
i needed a van quick, found access commercials through some searches, they was open sundays, popped down, met a fella called Ray, nothing was to much for him he knew his stuff, and i work in the trade! he even sorted the tax out for the van! superb service would most definitely recommend if quality of van and service is what you require

Collected vehicle today, Ray showed us around...dealership has a great selection of vans. The process of purchasing vehicle from start to finish was easy, great communication and helpful throughout. Quick handover on collection. Definitely using Access Commercials again.

Brought a nice transit van from access commercials and found out that the aftermarket reverse parking sensors were not working, I spoke to Danny who was more than happy to rectify the problem & did very promptly & professionally. So i bought 3 mercedes sprinters for my transport company off of access commercials.. The sales guys was all so helpful and gave me plenty of time to make my decision and had a great deal would shop here every time would highly recommend to anyone.
Sold me a van and the clutch went within 100 miles this is after them saying it had a brand new clutch. 2 weeks later the turbo blew, the windscreen started leaking and both front dampers were broken. tells me he has no staff to fix it so it went back to work until the agreed day of thursday to order the part the previous day and fix it the next. Thursday arrived and he claimed he never told me to come back and he wasnt going to fix it as it had already gone over the mileage. rude, ignorant and nasty. AVOID AVOID AVOID

As you are aware all our commercial vans are sold with a 3 month warranty or within 3000 miles, although your van had exceeded the warranty and was well over 6500 miles (which means you had drove well over 3500 miles not 100 miles as you stated ) out of good will we were willing to accommodate you as best as we could, however your verbal threatening behaviour towards our staff can not be tolerated, your review on our google webpage gives a clear indication of the verbal abuse to our staff, and I assure you they are not required or obliged to deal with any customer either face to face, over the phone or in correspondence, who is exhibiting threatening, abusive or violent behaviour.

Absolute lies. The clutch went on the way from your sales yard. You initially wanted nothing to do with that until I threatened to cancel the finance agreement. The vehicle as this week hit 6000 since we got it and this is 3 weeks since I left the review so another lie from Access Commercials. I do not threaten anybody, I am a lover not a fighter but I do not take the "Blag" that you seem to pride yourself on. There was at no point anything other than threatening insults coming from you. Don't worry it is now with the courts as the Fuel filter was old and the same van broke down in Belgium last week (Apparently it had been serviced by Access commercials......... About as reliable as........ Funny I've spoken to another few people who have been ripped off by you...

We were looking at buying a Transporter van from this company and after reserving the van wanted to have an AA check done on it before we bought it and had it delivered without seeing it ourselves. (Wanted to be safe rather than sorry!) Glad we did, as we were advised by the AA that there was a fault with the odometer and not to buy the van until it was fixed. The sales man we dealt with got very stroppy with us, when we asked about it and told us that he could no longer hold the van, AND HUNG THE PHONE UP ON US! So we asked for a full refund and we left it! Glad we did as think we have dodged a bullet with this company. Money well spent on the AA check!!
